It's Called Cancer - LV/NY RP II

Re: It's Called Cancer

"Hawkes, I need to talk to you later about this!" Flack called after Hawkes, waving the file in his hand before setting it on the table and looking back to Jess with a grin. "I almost can't believe it.. It seems so surreal," he replied to her.

Re: It's Called Cancer

Hawkes just waved him off, not caring much.
Jess nodded. "I know, I mean, I'm going to be a mommy." she said with a smile as she wrapped her arms around him. "Thank you."

Re: It's Called Cancer

Flack gently hugged her again. "I should be thanking you," he soon said to her, gently kissing her cheek. It was then he realized that some people passing in the halls were giving him odd looks but he soon laughed a bit. "I guess I can't pursuade you to stay with me the rest of the day, can I?"

Re: It's Called Cancer

Jess shook her head. "No way, I'm not doing your paperwork for you, and if I stayed, I would just distract you, so I'll see you when you get home." she said as she leaned up and gave him a passionate kiss, she didn't care who saw.

Re: It's Called Cancer

Flack smirked, returning her kiss with equal force, slowly but reluctantly pulling away. "Well.. All I was gonna ask ya to do was help me read Hawkes' writin'," Flack said. "You've already destracted me anyways. I might just have to handcuff ya to me."

Re: It's Called Cancer

Jess growled a little. "I think I'd like that, which is the opposite effect you would want it to have." she said with a gtin. "Go on and go back to work, I'll have dinner ready for you when you get home." she said with a smile as she walked out of the break room with him.

Re: It's Called Cancer

Flack was being strangly sneaky today, having pulled out his handcuffs and doing just what he said before, smirking. "Nah.. I'm takin' ya with me," he soon said, leaning over to kiss her cheek. "I'll even let you sit in my chair if ya want to," Flack added, grinning cheekily.

Re: It's Called Cancer

Jess huffed, not believing how sneaky he had just been. "Donald Flack, let me go!" she said as she put a hand on his chest. "I was going to make us a really nice dinner." she whined.

Re: It's Called Cancer

Flack pouted. "But it's only nine o'clock," he replied to her, tilting his head to the side. "Just till lunch at least?"

Re: It's Called Cancer

Jess sighed. "Fine...." she said as she took her hand off of his chest. "I get your chair." she told him as she pointed a finger at him.

Re: It's Called Cancer

Flack laughed softly. "That's okay," he said to her, beginning to lead her down the hall back to his work area. "I'm warning you before hand though.. don't be afraid to pull your rank. Jersey or not, you still have a bit of rank over us.

Re: It's Called Cancer

Jess shot him a look. "If I have rank over you then why am I being handcuffed against my will?" she asked, not being able to keep a straight face.

Re: It's Called Cancer

Flack looked to her, smirking. "Because you confessed to me that you'd like it. And confessions are like gold.. You can arrest people for them," he replied.

Re: It's Called Cancer

Jess huffed. "That still doesn't mean I want to be handcuffed to you and then be forced to work." she told him.

Re: It's Called Cancer

"Who said I was forcin' ya to work?" Flack smiled. "All I asked was for you to read this page out for me." He opened up the file in his hand and pointed to a paragraph Hawkes had written down. "I can't read his writin'. Coroner's notes are messy."
