Holiday Card Swap!

I got cards today from CSINYRULZ, Wyomong, and CSI808. :D

I think what SPringmoon was getting at is that we are clear over here on the east coast and it's cheaper to send a card to Hawaii than it is to Canada (which is closer). :lol:

I FINALLY sent my cards out today. All of them.

Hehe, sorry I wasn't more clear (should not type things under the influence or when tired). Canada is a 10 hour car drive away from me, Hawai'i, a lot further away. And there would be some swimming.
 
Totally OT question, but where do you guys get all those cute labels with your name and address on it? I really love them. :)
 
I got them because I'm on every darned mailing list in the country - and I got them as a promotional item. There are places online where you can have them made, I think.
 
I get them the same way you do Springmoon and by sending in donations to places like St. Jude's and (I can't remember the exact name) the Veterans (where I also get calendars every year). They just keep sending them. I have a huge stack that I'll never get to use even if I live to be 100.

Most places where you order checks online, offers them too.

Ah, now I gotcha! That is true though. But it would be more like lots of swimming. :D Like some 2500 miles of it! ;)
 
Yay, I finally got off my lazy ass & bought the cards. I wrote all the names & addresses on the envelopes & all that's left it to write in the actual card :lol:. I plan to do that tonight & then mail them tomorrow. Hopefully it shouldn't take more then the norm to receive it which is 4 days, but earlier if you're Canadian like me.
 
^ so it takes about 4 days to receive things, huh? Then you should be getting my card on Thursday then, Jorja :devil: I can't wait until you read it. hee hee
 
^ Oh thank god it's Thursday. My mom is home from work tomorrow & if she saw the card she'd kill me, but not before lecturing me. Even if I get it before she'll ask to see it :eek:. I have a exam on Thursday but I should be home before 10, which is usually the time when the mail arrives. I can't believe I'm doing all this for a card. It better be worth it heehee just kidding :lol:. Man, I'm 20 & I still gotta hide the goods from my parents.

I purchased a special card just for you to return the favour. Now, it may not have the porn like quality I intended it to be like but what I write inside will make you feel like you're watching a porno :devil:.
 
^:lol: I will admit, I originally meant to make it really porny, with full frontal nudity and the whole nine yards. Yet, I did find one that was really cute and not as porny with free flowing nudity :p With you having to hide things from the parents, I hope that this isn't too bad!

I've received many great cards now. You girls rock! Gotta give props to lookaboomerang for finding the most perfect card ever! Lookaboomerang - Admit it -- you peed yourself with excitement when you spied that card, didn't ya? :lol:

All my cards have gone out. Though they went out in a couple different phases. Started with the international girls first because the mail takes longer.
