Holiday Card Swap!

YAY! :D I know that some of the domestic ones would come in the mail either today or Monday. Wyoming I am glad you like the card!

I was actually rather surprised at the post office yesterday (I have had to go three times this week alone to mail stuff :lol:) To mail something to Canada under one ounce, is 63 cents and the rest of them cost 84 cents. The post office had exact stamps for 84 cents to send!

Not real exciting, but I was excited! :lol:
 
I sent the cards out yesterday, the guy at the post office spotted me and asked if I needed more stamps. I hope you all get them for the holidays!

I got ThumpyG's card today too!!! I was excited too. I'm putting all of mine in the mail Monday (is excited, I've never sent anything overseas before).

I've written out all of the envelopes (but I need to put my screen name under my address label) and now I need to sign all the cards.
 
I'm mailing my cards tomorrow too. Got a new batch last night and am writing them right now (well, I was before checking the board). With priority mail, you should hopefully get them before the holidayy...
 
hey i sent everyone's cards today!!! woo!!!! came to the grand total of....£15-68!!! hehe n ur all wrth every penny!! :D
 
I got MrsG's and ThumpyG's cards on Saturday. I'm still working on mine. I guess I'm a schmuck, because I'm writing little notes in them. Sorry if I seem overly familiar. :(
 
Don't worry PrettyEyes, I wrote everything out to as though I've known you all forever. complete with XO at the bottom of each card.
 
Ummm, is it ok if you guys receive the cards next Christmas 'cause...yeah. So if it says Christmas 2005 don't be alarmed. It is not the past. :lol: I just joke.

No worries. I plan to personalize all my cards as well so that's why I'm falling behind as well. Plus, all the eggnog & rum is really, really messing with my head :lol:.
 
Mailed my cards today girlies! Postage wasn't *TOO* bad. My UK and Italy girls were a little more than the normal stamp, but you girls are worth every cent. ;)
 
Yay I got my first card & it was from Wyoming. Awww thanks hon. *hugs* I loved the fact that it was Winnie the Pooh :D!
 
I got my second card today from lookaboomerang. It was so cute. Where do all you guys find such cute cards? I'm just not going to the right places.

Next year, I'm going to Spencer's for some naughty cards :devil:...for those of you who are naughty..you know who you are. :p
 
I mailed mine off on Saturday. I'll apologise in advance for them not being 1) the best/cutest cards that are out there, and 2) for them not being like incredibly long messages and all that. I've been so super busy and crammed with finals and some other stuff that if I hadnt thrown them at my room mate and told him to mail them, they wouldnt have reached you gals until Spring time. :)
 
I also forgot one thing. I'm mailing my cards out tomorrow for sure. I have to go back to the doctor and I'm gonna run by the post office.
 
I got my cards from Target. I was SO excited when I saw them and almost didn't get them because I figured that everyone else would have gotten them too. :lol:
