- "Misanthrope". "I won't wait up". I agree with whoever previously mentioned trouble in GSR paradise...
- The "naughty drawer" was a nice touch...Greg's comment was reassuring - underneath the suit, the bruises and the angst, he's still our Greggo...
- Excuse me. Hodges wizzed on a prof's car door handle over a grade? Come on. In JuCo I was on the softball team, and once I went up to my Environmental Science prof's office in my full uniform (cleats and all) with an aluminum bat and asked, "So, ah...what did you say I was getting on the mid-term?" If you're gonna (bleep) with a teacher's car, at least show some imagination...
- Nick sings Manilow. I don't know whether I'm hella impressed with George's singing voice or scarred for life that they picked that song. It came out when I was attending the aforementioned junior college and got played to death on the radio. I (bleeping) HATED it...course at the time I was into Deep Purple and Black Sabbath, so Barry wasn't gonna be my cuppa, no matter what...
- Okay. Do NOT tell me I'm the only one who thought Archie looked sublime tonight. (Nice closeups...Erica, I'm counting the
seconds until those screen caps...) Can I get a witness?
On top of his job indeed. I'm still holding out for a lab-rat-centric episode...
- The case itself was interesting in some ways, meh in others. I had a bad feeling about that guy from the first time he came on screen, though. Wasn't he the first of the "vultures" to show up when Brass and Warrick visited the paper?
I dunno, I'd give it a 7 or 8. Nice performances all around, and maybe if I watch it again it'll grow on me, but...we'll see.
