Oh yes. Definitely read the fic. It's one of Anne's series titled Mysteria Lane. It's a CSI/Desperate Housewives cross-over and I enjoyed a lot. Apart from the interesting case, the wonderful friendship between Catherine and Bree, there are also lots of *naughty* scenes.

I agree with kaylyne that they would probably stay home to keep an eye on Lindsey.
Or if they felt Lindsey was somewhere safe, maybe Cath and Gil would go out. Not to a club, but maybe to a nice quite romantic dinner, to watch fireworks somewhere then home to create fireworks of their own :devil:

Adorable_Crazy, Anne is an amazing fic writer. I believe she is one of the authors that have written the most PureJoy fics. I have know her for almost four years and she was already writing fics when we first met each other. I'm positive that you can read all her fics on both TT Inc. and Graveyard Shift Home. If you're on Graveyard Shift Home, make sure you search for Anne. One of my favorite fics written by Anne is titled Catch Me When I Fall. It's angsty and dark, but very realistic. Of course it's got a nice ending hehe. If you don't mind angst, I highly recommend this one!

lol in about 2003, we got seqson one of csi here in south africa, adn il never forget, i was all alone in the big dark house of mine and csi came on. it was the first ep i ever saw and it was blood drops. it scared the crap out of me, lol i was like 13 ok. hahaha

Blood Drops is a bit creepy, yeah, but it was a great episode. So great that the storyline and the scenario got recycled at least twice in the later seasons. In fact, it's one of my all-time top 10 CSI episodes. The script was really well written and the performance by all the actors were impressive. You just can't forget how great Dakota Fanning was in this one. One of my favorite scenes from this episode was rather C/G. Catherine and Gil were in the master bedroom discussing blood spatter. They were really close in that scene and most importantly, they finished each other's words just like that. It was like they lived in each other's brains and knew exactly what one another was thinking. <3
Plus, it's got Lindsey and Eddie and Eddie's "boyfriend" line hehe. Well, Eddie always knew the truth.

Yeah Erica is is a great episode and very well written too. It was gorey in a 'good kind of way'

I love Blood Drops - and one of the reasons I like it is because you actually get to see Catherine really working at her speciality which is blood spatter. It's almost like an entire Catherine special

They were talking about the girl and Catherin's phone rang. It was Gil and he wanted Catherine to go back to work asap. That was when Eddie had the boyfriend comment. He said Gil was her boyfriend and was really jealous. Hehe he always knew what was going on just as we did. Let's just not forget about his "I always knew you two had a thing" comment in Too Tough to Die.

I absolutely love how all these people think that Grillows are together. :lol:
Like I loved how Doc said something about Grissom's tub and Catherine being in it, in Season 7. We knew that Cath was blushing!
