:lol: :lol: I swear, I couldn't get Angus to shut up this morning, prancing around on the bed, telling me to get up. I wanted to sleep in, so he finally shut up and laid down with me.

Nick's all packed up, and ready to hop on the red-eye to his next destination. We had a nice relaxing day, enjoying all the great ideas and some good laughs. :)

Runners up:
Jacquie - I almost picked a sexy cowboy (or the lovely mountain view), but this one just made me go "aww"
Smokey - gorgeous smile (and other things :devil:).
ladybronco - chocolate :adore:

So that means Nick is heading back east again, to blackflag. Those arms :drool:

With the pool all cleared out and the BBQ ready, sounds like it'll be a great Labour Day Bash! :D
 
We survived Irene with only a little bit of water in the garage and basement room. Now we've got a branch hooked over one set of wires and laying on another set coming from the pole to the house and wind gusts blowing hard enough nobody can do anything about it. :scream:

Thinking theme! :shifty: In preperation for season 12... I want a summery of Nick/George in season 11. :D Think of it like a story with a beginning, middle, and an end. Up to 12 pics in 24 hours or so. :)

Congrats on winning blackflag :)

Nick started the year attending the funeral for another colleague. While leaving the funeral, he had a run in with a bomb that resulted in another suit being damaged. At some point during the season he managed to clean his house out with some assistance from his co-workers. All this pent up anger from being shot and shot at lead to him discussing his feelings with Catherine. After everything that has happened to Nick this season he did managed to take a side trip to L.A. but was needed back at home to help process a very tricky case that left the team with some unanswered questions.

I will say this a fun theme but hard at the same time.
 
Interesting theme.. of course, I haven't actually done my set yet, so I reserve the right to change my mind on that. :p

First set:

The season opened with a funeral and bombing, which had to be investigated.

When there was some trouble with a shark at a casino, Nick and Brass got to interrogate an old friend (side note, I'm watching Drops Out now :lol:).

Shortly afterwards, there was some trouble with a werewolf pack.

While investigating a hoarder's house, Nick was startled by a rat.

Later, while Hodges continued the animal theme by playing with dinosaurs, Nick and Greg investigated an old case.

While investigating bad water, Nick had a run-in with an angry farmer.

To be continued... (if I want to subject you all to my bad writing again :)).

It's certainly better writing than mine :)

and my second story

Nick started the season off with some good memories of a former boss.

Along the way to visiting a crime scene in a hotel, Nick managed to tear his jeans.

After leaving Catherine's office, Nick went truck climbing.

After checking to see if Dad and baby were ok, Nick was back lending a hand were ever he could.

Now that that is out of my system, it's time to curl up in bed with a good story. Night everyone :)

I commend you all. Those were some of the most entertaining stories about season 12 that I've read. :lol: I also thank you for entering my little thinking theme. :)shifty: I was curious on how many responses I would get.)

He's wondering if you got rain? :confused:

Nick just showed up here :) Thanks blackflag :) and we've not got rain today but tomorrow is another story :rolleyes:

So new theme time :) and although I enjoy the thinking themes I know not everyone does so I'll take it easy on you :) Sunnies is the name of your theme :) 12 pics in about 24 hours. Happy Hunting while I go see to my favourite customer :devil:
 
Afternoon ladies!

I tried to play your thinking game Blackflag!
Every time I sat down and started to think, I got interrupted and then ended up never getting it done :lol:

Yesterday we had the greatest weather, it was overcast and cool and lightly rained most of the day. I had the swamp cooler on low and the doors open :thumbsup:

Today is back to normal. Hot, humid and the internet keeps going out :scream: ;)
