I can see Eric saying 'I Love You' first b/c he tends to wear his heart on his sleeve. We all know Cal keeps her heart closed up tight but if she were to say it first you would know she absolutely meant it and Eric would be over the moon b/c he would know it too.

If Cal had a see through shirt on...there is nooo way Eric would have been able to form a coherent sentence. He would have been too busy drooling and adjusting to the tightness in his pants :devil:

God I Know!
This was the first time I saw Going Under and I really enjoyed it! When the widow was all talking to Calleigh you could totally tell that she was thinking about Jake and how she could totally agree with what the widow was saying!

Everytime I come in here you guys always make laugh!!!

I can totally see Eric saying I love you first but with the last chain of events and him being SO hurt seeing Cal kiss Jake she might have to say it first. But who knows??

To be honest I would prefer her say it first. With her always keeping her emotions bottled up it would be something to see her say to Eric 'I love you'. Could you imagine the look on his face?!

Any new fanfic??

I hate that I missed Going Under this time around. I'll watch it tonight since it's up at CBS.com.

I think it's more likely that Eric would be the one to use the 'l' word first, and in abundance, it's just his nature. But I think it'd be more fun if Calleigh were to say it first, although I admit it's mainly due to my love of the dramtics. Just think of all the inner turmoil that would come from that little realization. She'd be petrified.

A little OT but I thought that Skylar was doing the porn-a-thon over at LJ?

I can't really tell who would say I love you first. For now I would lean towards Eric because obviously he is upset about Jake kissing Calleigh and whatever happens next season, he may try to feel happy for her or he may totally confront her about all of this and then out of no where blurts out he's in love with her.

But whoever says it I can mainly picture it as one of them can't take the tension anymore and just says what's in their heart.

If Skylar does it at LJ, then I will have to join over there, eh?

You know what? Every time there's an emotional revelation between these two, it's initiated by Calleigh. She's the one who's given him the two trust lines, and she was the one who verbally admitted she has feelings for him, whereas Eric just shows it. So it wouldn't surprise me if Calleigh said it first, although the day these two finally hook up Eric will be so excited I bet he'd get down on his knees and propose right there.

True, he does have a way of making her open up. There's still a big leap from "I trust you" or "I care about you" to "I love you" though. It will be interesting to see how someone as independent and strong-willed as Calleigh handles that kind of plunge. Yes, she trusts him with her life, but she's also got to trust him with her heart. And that, especially for someone like her, takes a bit more doing.

Watching Burned again, and loving the look on Eric's face when she asked him if he wanted to ride with her. Like a kid who's been told Santa Claus is coming 5 times this year.

It definately could go either way. I mean we have been pretty surprised thus far by the writers so who knows at this point who will be the first to say it.

It is interesting that all the times any contact or someting emotional happens between them, it *is* usually Cal who initiates it. She initiated the hip hug, the first I trust you line, the kiss on the cheek etc. Everything has been initiated by her but I can still picture Eric saying the actual words first. Those physical and verbal instances are Cal's way of saying "I Love You" w/o actually saying it; but Eric will say the actual phrase before she does...I think, anyway.

Agreed.

Eric looked so adorable it made me grin like an idiot. I think I actually said 'awwwwww' all drawn out and dreamy-like. How can Cal not love him when the mere prospect of a car ride with her does that to him?

Eric definately had the kid in a candy store look on his face when she asked him to ride with her.

I was like "awwwww" too when I saw the scene b/c you can soooo see how happy about he was. God, that man is just cute for words sometimes!

Adam is so awesome in this storyline. He does smitten so well. And you can tell he's really loving it. He didn't like Eric/Natalia and that showed, too, but he's really into E/C and you can tell by his performance. He was pretty eek when the show started by he's grown a lot as an actor.

Calleigh had a knowing look on her face during that scene, too. She nows exactly what she does to Eric.
