Personally, I find CTV usually show less than CBS, I find CBS promos reveal more interesting scenes relating to the plot in the extended promo. But more than on occasion, CTV does show different scenes than CBS, they may not always be better in my opinion but different nonetheless.

Boy, I really wanted to them show something about Calleigh's breathing attack and Eric rescuing her (CPR please?). Or, him visiting her in the hospital and finally saying the words we want, um, I mean, she wants to hear. I mean, who visits a dear one in the hospital without flowers? I guess we're asking for too much...

Well they would never actually show us what would be the pentulate or climax of the episode....we fell for that already with 712....can't really do it again!! :lol: I could see the voice over doing something like it did with the "friend" and "lover" thing from 712....something that makes us go :eek: and gets us even more antsy about seeing the ep b/c it might offer the BIG moment we have all been waiting for. Whatever we get tonight will probably pale in comparison to the extended ep we will hopefully get later in the week

Leave it to you delkolover to bring obsessed fans like me back to my senses and think realistically with promos :lol: Well, it's their fault, they dangled the carrot for the longest time, then gave us some nice surprises two shows in a row, I've smelled blood and now want the kill! LOL You're right, even if they didn't show want we want about what we already know, it's probably their way of increasing ratings by being vague re: E/C and showing as little as possible so we'll have to definitely watch (I'm betting they'll have to show the return of you-know-who in other promos)...

Well I didn't mean to put a damper on your high hopes for the promo :lol: I was just trying to be realistic and go with what I KNOW about not only the promos but the writers as well. Plus, it is just the way TV works.

I studied television and movies for 4 years at college and got a degree in Mass Communciations so I tend to look at things a little differently than most ;)
 
I wish I didn't have to see Jack kissing Calleigh again! Why oh why did they show this stupid Episode again! Can't the just burn that Ep. and we'll all just forget about it! Well its about that time everybody!
 
^^ I know the feeling, I hated seeing that part too but look on the bright side that was the end to Jake and Calleigh and the road to a Calleigh-Eric pairing =)

it told me to stay tuned...so i stayed tune... and then the promo never showed?:censored::brickwall: thats pretty much what i just did. yup. that right thurr.

Damnit, I thought I was the only one who didn't get a promo! WTF :scream::scream::scream:

I was so hyped up about it and now nothing. :brickwall:

The whole time during the scene with Jake I kept saying out loud that she loves Eric and she does. DAMNIT! Why didn't they play the promo :scream: Now we won't see anything. Guess I am watching CBS all week!

And here I only thought it was Chicago TV messing with me

Didn' get anything here either in TN Did any body in Canada get one? They are playing with us now! Gonna make us wait till the exstened promo comes out! This better be good or I know a shipp thats gonna start shootin the big gun off the boat!
 
I can't believe we did not get a promo for next week. I sat and watched for an hour and then the news came right on...hopefully youtube will have it up or on cbs.
 
There wasnt even that thing with Horatio that said, "Stay tuned for scenes from our next episode."

I thought it was just me because we have all this ice coming down and they wanted to get to the news to report it. But I guess they just wanted to mess with us all!
