Eric and Calleigh #32 - Seven Years In The Making.

I think, ratings CSI NY and CSI LV don't differ from a rating of Miami. But we saw Stella and Franky, Mac and Peyton, Danny and Lindsey in a bed.

I believe, if Eric and Calleigh stand together in one bed in the morning (and viewers watch it), it doesn't conflict with moral code (as same as light kiss). But shippers'll have an open space for fantasy!

And it's a good idea, hiphugger17 - to draw a parallel with a spoiler about 7-16.
In fact, we have seen a spoiler before viewing last two episodes. I think, that Calleigh couldn't say those words without something happens in episodes 7-14 and 7-15

It's funny how we are expecting so much from this episode that we even have a countdown for the promo :lol:. I hope that in the 2.2 seconds promo they usually show on mondays we get something. If not, when is it that the extended one usually comes out? Thursdays, fridays...? IDK but it's been so cruel to wait two whole weeks for this episode. You know I keep thinking about 7.16 and the comment Calleigh makes about how she thought to keep him here she would've had to marry him (something to that effect). After all we've seen in the last couple of episodes it's even more mindblowing that she says something like that. When the spoiler (thanks to our great delkolover ) was written here we hadn't seen 7.12 and 7.13 and we were really about it. Well now after she was so upfront about the whole thing and it's out there in the open, for her to throw a comment like that, I mean, something more is surely going to happen in 7.14 and/or 7.15, know what I mean? I don't know how to exactly explain what I'm thinking but I don't think she would've said something like that while the ball is still on Eric's side. I think it's an indication that our crazy speculations are correct and he does says something (or she says something) on monday's episode and we have a huge non-baby step forward. I don't think I can wait much longer without going completely insane for over-analyzing absolutely everything :lol:.

About promo tonight... If there's gonna be something huge between them in the next episode (and I'm sure there will be), are we gonna see some indication of it in the promo? I mean, it's possible that there's going to be a moment (or something much, much bigger) in the next episode, but if writers want to surprise us, they'll not show it in the promo. Of course, I guess if they show just a glimpse of a thingthe ratings are gonna be higher. Okay, I don't know what to think anymore, so I'm just gonna go to bed and tomorrow when I wake up there will be a lot of new posts on this thread describing the promo and than we're all just going to speculate about what happens in the epi based on what we see in the promo. Anyway, goodnight people, watch the promo carefully and please, please describe everything to us.

Does any one have any theories on what the promo will include? I am sure it will be very dramatic and lots of tense music. Maybe it will include a scene with Calleigh and Ryan in the house and then shots sounding or something. And then switch to calleigh choking.

The only thing, well not the only thing but one of, that makes me go "hmmm" is how the media (other than a few vids here and there) have been relatively quiet about the ep. If this is the ep that we have been waiting for, wouldn't you think someone somewhere would be giggling like a school girl about it to the media to hype things up?

I guess since this week is a repeat we probably won't hear anything but TV Guide (not that I like them very much anymore) has been quiet about it. Then again, the 2 times they put something out and said it was going to happen that night were sooo wrong they probably don't want anymore egg on their faces than there already is :lol: Actually, now that I think about it, maybe they are waiting as anxiously as we are to see the promo to get a little glimpse!!!

Hopefully ET or the Insider will have something next Monday about the ep.

I mean c'mon this is either the best kept secret in the frickin world or no one cares or notices!! :lol: I will say that our writers really don't like to speak out too much. I mean the last time one of them did an interview for a magazine or article was way back at the end of season 5 for TV Guide (and we all know how horribly wrong the info contained in it was). Unless there has been one that I have missed. Corey and a few others have done interviews for the site but not mainstream media. They tend to stay quiet and let the show speak for itself....they don't leak info or give tantalizing riddles they just do. Which is something I like and something I don't.

One of the NY writers leaked that D/L fans will be very pleased with an upcoming ep next month concerning the two of them. Other than the media asking Adam and Emily when WAS the last time someone asked one of our writers about E/C? Far too often does this spin off sort of get pushed to the back burner when it comes to publicity and media coverage. And it has been the most watch program in the world practically since it debuted. If it is ever in the media, it is being made fun of for reasons we all know but I will not mention here. The more people I talk to who I think might dislike the show, think it is the BEST of all three. Yet it gets no respect anywhere......

Anyways, for tonights episode, I really hope we get 3 main things: Calleigh not able to breath, Alexx, and calleigh possibly in the hospital or in the fire. I'm sure we'll get the fire. But since promos are only 20 seconds long, I just hope they fit some C/E into it, and if not hopefully in the EXTENDED PROMO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is no way they would let this get by without promoting it. I have to say, I think they waited until next week to air 7.14 because it will be sweeps time. They'll want to promote the hell out of the "romance" and any possible kiss to get the maximum number of viewers.

I don't really want to raise my hopes up too much for tonight's promo. I think tonight's will be more focused on a big explosion, shot to Calleigh and Ryan caught in the fire, someone arriving to a hospital and a quick shot of Alexx's familiar face. I hope I am totally wrong and we get some EC but I think that we will see it on the extended one. Still I will be right there in front of the tv at the end of Resurrection wishing and hoping we get something .
