You're absolutely right on both points. Someone fell asleep at the control board. I hope they make up for it by showing the promo starting tomorrow! I snickered at the "red headed step child" thing because of the obvious red head on the show.

Well, you're lucky because I sat through the entire episode, wanting to be sure I didn't lose track of time and miss the promo. So I did sit through all the J/C stuff... but as I said earlier, they broke up officially, so that's good. And, you have a darn good point that showing this episode tonight drives home that J/C is no more... and sets it up good for next week.

Although a part of me is thinking... this whole promo disappointment better not be a foreshadowing of next week (and possible disappointment).

I have no clue how much help it will do, but feel free to flood their mailboxes with "WTF HAPPENED TO MY PROMO???" mine was a little bit nicer. mostly showed the effects of how people could not be intrested in the next episode if they didn't see the trailer, and that it was cruel to lead the obsessed fans on with the "stay tuned..."

Hey everyone, new member here! :)
Anyways, it's a weird thing but am I the only person who saw the promo? I live in Canada but decided to tune to CBS since I heard it has better promos.

Not sure if I should put up spoiler tags, but you know, just in case.

The 714 promo that I saw had no E/C moment. It just showed bits of Ryan and Calleigh responding to a case, going inside a house and up the attic. It also showed bits of H and Eric investigating the scene and talking about how the suspects probably went back to the house to cover their tracks. At the end, you see Ryan and Calleigh cornered in the attic because of bullets shooting up at the attic, and then a large fire and Ryan yelling Calleigh's name. So basically, it showed us nothing you guys didn't know already.. or actually it showed us nothing we WANTED to watch.
 
Yep, this was definitely a NETWORK problem rather than the show itself. I can't believe that CBS forgot to put the promo out there. How do they expect to generate interest in the next week's show?

We know that it's going to be an exciting episode, but still. I would have loved a hint or two about what we can expect for Eric and Calleigh.

We know it's a matter of when not if they get together, but to promise us scenes and then to give us NOTHING is just stupid and wrong!

I am anxious to see what the promo is just because this will set the ENTIRE episode up. We will know if it is a very serious OMG SHES GUNNA DIE!! thing or if its a Cal's sick...lets go get her an inhaler thing. Plus, i imagine (for my kinda episode)

apparently i like the fray. bahahaha. but thats all i see for the promo.

oh my dear swear you just gave me the best giggle for the afternoon (its tues afternoon in oz) and i too am so anxiously awaiting a extended promo cant wait to see ryan being a little hero and getting them out of the house and alexx there helping somehow oh and calleigh doing her bit and and eric and oh im so anxious to see if anything come of these two in the next ep although i agree the writers wont give us too much they seem to love to torture us but hey our imagainations are just as good haha!!
 
It has Calleigh on the ambulance with eric by her side and they showed Alex. And eric by her bedside telling her she has to make it through!!!
Okay guys CBS has just posted the US preview on their iPhone website, I don't know f they have posted it on their full website. It looks so good.

Thanks for posting that link.....I totally just went to CBS and told them what I thought.

I wasn't mean, I simply told them that on Weds when Criminal Minds was over it said "stay tuned" and there was nothing I chocked it up to a mistake b/c the show has rerun slated for next week.

But when you know CSI Miami is suposed to be new and it tells you to "stay tuned" and all you see is credits...one tends to get upset.
I then told them that I hope in lieu of this mistake, that they will run the short and long promo as often as possible.

I also told them that this show has been the #1 watched show in the world (debunked only by LV last year) practically since the show first aired on their network and to give it the repsect and attention it sooo deserves.

Totally go do it...it makes you feel a little better :lol:

THAT WAS QUITE POSSIBLY THE BEST CSI MIAMI PROMO SINCE...EVER.

I only watched it about 7 or 8 times, but i really don't know what a lot of the background is.

OH THE E/C POTENTIAL IS SOO THERE. DONT DISSAPOINT TBTP.
