Hankster... i don't know if emily did a shoot for Maxim, but there is this picture of her.

At Emily Procter Online they have a section in their gallery titled 'Maxim Photoshoot'. I don't know if that's really what the pictures are from, but they're definitely not from CSI Miami :lol:
