I only ship D/L minorly, but they're really cute together. I think there's something about Lindsay that balances Danny in a way that all Danny/? pairings do. She's calm and sweet, someone who can keep him grounded.

omg! maybe she'll be a lesbian. the first gay person on CSI:NY. I have cracked the code, people. We have nothing to worry about -- all is safe.

But we all know that Lindsay is only attracted to men. And Kaile Maka, because Maka owns. *nods*

Seriously, though, once DL is canon, Lindsay should send God a bottle of wine or a quiche or something. She gets to have sex with this any time she wants.

I feel that Lindsay brings out the funny and tender side of Danny :)

Where's everyone getting the "new girl" rumors from? Someone even mentioned the character's name *scratches head*

Okay, I'm just gonna pop in with a kind of an off-topic for a few seconds before I go do a layout.

I just recently realized why I really like my Chemistry teacher - she reminds me of Lindsay. She's pregnant right now (5 months along), and when I saw her this afternoon with that yellow top and her hair up, it was like I was seeing the pregnant Lindsay in one of the recently posted fics (the one where she and Danny had a daughter called Miranda). If her husband looks or even reminds me of Danny, I am so gonna love them forever.

That's it. Popping out!

BTW, RagazzaPazza check the article at CSIFiles, or go to the NY thread and check the spoilers section. That's where the peeps are getting the rumors. :D

Danny said that he doesn't cuddle in "Summer in the City"? when he and Stella were on the case where the blind girl got murdered on the rooftop by the hockey player. One of their stops was a "cuddle party" that the victim frequented.


On to D/L, I think you are right, Lindsay does balance him. She also changes him a bit. He doesn't tend to act as childish around her as he did around the others particularly last season and in the earlier part of this season. D/L is actually the reason I like Danny (*ducks to avoid flying objects). The PTB have used Lindsay's character to help Danny grow up a lot this season. I don't think I could ship season 1 Danny the way I do season 2 Danny... I like when they've shown Danny calming her down or being worried about her because it shows him being more mature than usual.

awww...that was a cute scenario.

and i'm not sure about torturing the new girl, but let's definitely lock her in the basement if she really starts to piss us off.

but, i would like to see flack interact with another detective who's just a detective. he interacts with the csis all the time, but we never really get scenes with him with maka or thacker. so if the new girl really is his new partner, i wouldn't really mind. *shrugs*
