Danny/Lindsay #23: Because it is a big deal to us!

I think that the speech that Lindsay gave Danny did give him a bit of the "smack up the side of the head" that he needed. After all he was the one who called her in PF. The fact that Lindsay wouldn't "talk" to Danny is understandable but that girl needs to speak to him!!!!

I still think the they both need their heads banging together I little bit!

 

Spoiler: You know what makes me happy?

Is that the website for Ms. Pinol says that she "may be" coming back to CSI. So...that may mean that she has not done anything yet....or it could be that they were suppose to keep it hush hush for a while. I don't know. But I can only think positive. We can only hope there is no drama lamas in the house of M&M's

I read that too! I think the DL haters in the spoiler thread were ticked about it. Cause I was happy and posted the same thoughts that you just mentioned and they came back with that it was like that when her assistant confirmed she would be on. But why would it say maybe then? LOL! I hope she doesn't come back or if she does just for a real short minute-like appearance! That would be great, really piss off the DR fans, lol, and make us happy! :lol:

 

exactly, they both have some issues and thats why they need to talk. PF was a nice start but it really didnt resoleve anything though I loved the idea of long phone converstaion for those two, it would really really help them

I kinda like the idea of Flack having some say in the situation or at least calling Danny on his sh*t but please keep Angell as far away from all 3 as possible. I hate the girl enough already

and I agree if there was someone Lindsday would go to it would be Stella. although this would be a great opportunity to introduce some girl friend of Lindsay to whom she would turn with her pain and confussion about the mess DL created for themselves

Ive got the feeling like Lindsay got more open emotional wise in S4 while Danny just shut down

 

I am a bit more optimistic about DL being more emotionally open this season.

Yip I totally agree, I just hope they don't change their characters completely again and have them all closed up.

Long phone calls ending in what exactly? :lol: Seriously, they should totally visit season 2 filth. Don't tell me it wasn't filthy cause it totally was!

Season 2 was gutterastic! (I am obsessed with that word if you couldn't tell ) The writers gave us plenty of opportunities and tongue!porn (your welcome peaches ) We were even given emotional gutter like moments in the episode All Access, I would say RSRD but that is all about the emotional growth of Danny and Lindsay as a couple.

Reverend Peaches...you are our gutter queen, how else would we get all the gutter moments? :lol:

I thought Lindsay finally was able to open up in the beginning of season 4 (Danny didn't really have a need too) Then as soon as the drama happened after the strike both Danny and Lindsay shut down ESPECIALLY Danny. He pushed away everyone especially Lindsay and it would be really nice if they cleared it up on the season premiere!

Have you guys checked out the promo? It's in the spoiler discussion thread if you want to see it...It looks like Ollie is back so I think the DR drama has to do with that. Maybe Ollie presses charges or something? They did flashbacks of Danny punching Ollie. *sigh* They actually don't show Hawkes or Lindsay in the promo which is completely out of line! If you are going to show Sid and Adam, the least you can do is show the main cast!!! :scream::brickwall:

 

Guys, this is a friendly reminder that you cannot insult a group of fans. While there are members of this board who have voiced their opinion of not liking DL (I am one of them), you cannot single them out and call them 'DL haters', that is just an assumption. So, please keep discussion about other posters in other threads out of this thread.

and we should totally visit the S2 phone sex talk. or the hand holding. or the dining together. or him sweeping her of her feet (I love body contact). or him showing that he cares (like in CotP). and her showing she cares (RSRD anyone?)

that would be wonderful but Im not really holding my breath on that one. I mean they managed to completly ignore SD so why should the writers worry about some emotional turmoil when there is so much Danny drama waiting to happen (can you tell Im angry at them? good)

 

Sometimes it is easier to really talk to someone if you are not looking at them. I know that if my eldest brother has anything "important" to tell me he never looks really at me when he is telling me - of course that could be that he is just plain odd, which is entirely very possible :guffaw:

So maybe after PF they could have/ or have had some more conversations like the one they had in PF. Who knows, anything is possible with tptb:lol:

I don't really care if it takes Flack and Stella to give them both a slap across the back of the head. Or if Mac locks them in to a room and tells them that they can't come out until they have cleared the air (but that would be fun to watch:drool:, I can just imagine what could end up going on in that room :lol. I really would like to see them clear the air sooner rather than later so that we can see more of the fun side of their relationship we saw in Season 2.

 

I think it is necessary for them to have some sort of conversation with someone else. It might not be wanted by some... But it looks like someone needs to kick Danny's scrawny ass to force Lindsay to hear him out. He isn't being stubborn enough in pursuing Lindsay. Screw work and get her to listen to you dude!

Once everything is cleared up, bring on the gutter and cute flirty scenes that we all know and adore! But of course do let the viewers know if our couple is together...show us a foiled date because of work or something? :lol:

It would be interesting to see then start a date only for one or both of them to get called in. It is was a nice place and they were both dressed up a bit I would love to know how they would explain that to Mac when they arrived on a crime scene. :lol::lol:

They showed Childs Play here last night. I had a hard time watching it as I knew what was going to happen in the later episodes. In the scene in the morgue I just wanted to grab hold of Lindsay :scream: and tell her to go after Danny, to not let him go and to hold him tight. Carmine is very good at angish!

 

Oh gosh, I totally agree with you Meg, I hope that Lindsay will have a scene with another guy, possibly a potential love intrest... I'd love to see that, it would lead jealous Danny... Gosh, that would be an interesting scene... After that he would realise just how stupid he's being and persue her again...

But like you, after all the angst, I'd love to see more of their cute flirty scenes, I'd love to see more scenes between them like the ones in Commuted Sentences, when she's teasing him about his love handles, that was so cute, we need to go back the cute moments like that...

I actually think that we will get a little more feeling and force from Messer. He does seem to be opening up - Personal Foul Meg! Not just trying to speak to her in work anymore, he's calling and saying I miss you.

There we go, I went from potential angst with tease with a fireman :drool: to fluffiness with come here! :devil:

 

I really hope that we will get more feeling and force from Messer too. He really does need to stop her from walking away from him when he wants to talk to her! Maybe show up at hers one night and refuse to leave, or lock her in a car with him. Anything really just so that can talk!

It would be really interesting to see his reaction if she started flirting with another guy. Would he get all caveman? :lol: You know walk over to where they are, pick her up, look the guy in eyes and say "Shes mine, get your own" :guffaw::guffaw:

 

i would love to give D/L a good Gibbs smack in the head and straighten them out!!! (*when i say "Gibbs smack" i'm talking about Gibbs from NCIS*)

i like what you said LME about Lindsay flirting with a guy and Danny going all nuts like a caveman haha. i can totally see that.

these need some major therapy..... the freakin department needs to see a shrink!!!! can you imagine how amazing an ep like that would be especially for D/L? i would love that!!

got a question: ok so i don't wanna say "does anyone dislike Danny" but has anyone's feelings changed toward the character after what he did to Lindsay this year? i love Carmine as and actor and i love Danny as character but after his cheating on Lindsay i'm not digging him lately. he needs to change my mind this season and get his crap together..... or the writers can just keep D/L apart for a while and let them sort out their crap and get back to the way they were.

one more thing before i go: i've missed you guys here you all always make me life especially at the mention of the guttery-ness that was 2nd season.... good times haha.
