I think Danny already knows how much he wants to be with Lindsay. She loves him, and said it twice, Now it's his turn to show her what he's feeling for her.

Oh boy, after reading your posts my tired brain went in to some kind of strange gutter-fluffy-overdrive :devil:. I cannot shake the image of Danny showing up at Lindsay's apartment wearing nothing :drool: but a rose between his teeth (try to get rid off that ), and when she opens the door he leans in, hands her the rose, gives her a quick kiss and says something like: "You have every right to hate me, but you must know that I love you".

I like the hug idea. Hand holding would be cute too.

I would like to see him sing her a song. They could be at Central Park and he could have someone playing a guitar and then he could start singing to her to makeup for everything that happened. The song would have to be one with the words "I'm sorry" in it I supposed.

Yeah, I can't get past the naked SMM part, it's a bit of a silly time for him to do whatever else it was you suggested in the post. I only paid attention to the section I found relevant. If showing up at her door naked is all that's required then I'll support this theory! :drool:

Well, how about as LME suggested he wants to talk again but she chooses to walk away (again! ) and at this point SMM grabs her, pins her against a wall (don't you just love how important walls are in our society?) and kisses her, not sweetly but a breath taking, heart stopping almost violent kiss. Pulls away, looks in her eyes and says fine, we won't talk then. Sees her look of complete confusion and walks away. Pan in to see smug ass smirk cross his face. Boom! Nothing fluffy about that dearie now is there?

I know that he will never do that , but I was skipping through the posts on this page and I just saw "Lindsay's place", "Danny saying he loves her" and "Gutter" - I've had one hell of a week, so it kinda blurred 'till only naked Danny was left :evil:

If she walks away from him again...I will probably smack her head against the wall :brickwall: before he even gets the chance to grab her. That's one thing that our ship doesn't need right now...however much he will hurt her by telling her the truth about Rikki, she has to go through that to be able to fully understand him and she has to still be there when he gets to the part where he tells here that he has said goodbye to Rikki and admits his deep feelings for her..

But it does sound guttery-hot :devil: to have them make out against a wall (and I love smart assed, smirking guys) - perhaps in the finale of season 5 :lol:

That would definitely work! In fact, the last thing these two need at the moment is romance and fluff. They need gritty, honest, dirty tough talking (and no, don't take that for 'talking dirty'). If they're going to get anything back then they've got to get down to it and fast! She still loves him so she has to listen. He obviously has strong feelings for her and the fact of the matter is that his 'thing' with Rikki was grief/guilt sex. At this point in time that is all it was. It's not irretrievable but if Lindsay still refuses to talk to him then it might get that way.

Oh, so many nice ideas. I can't decide which I like best. Well, but no matter what it is, as long as it's no angst, I'm happy. I hope Lindsay will give Danny the chance to talk, and I hope he'll do it and be honest then. And because we got her I love you twice, we need at least one from him. I'm not sure when this'd happen best, but I want to hear it from him some time.

Perhaps they will have "the Talk" but they end up arguing and thats when Danny tell her he loves her she looks at him in shock, he says it again. Then it could go one of two ways:- 1, they sit down and really talk to each other and decide to take things slowly or 2. (for the gutters out there) think pool table!:drool:

I was just thinking about my favourite Lindsay scenes from season 4, and I also remembered some great ones with Danny. I realized we don't need fluff to get great scenes. You remember the little condom spray scene? Or their discussion about Mach5 and the Batmobile? Those scenes were so adorable, without focussing too much on them, but they showed what great dynamic they have. More funny discussions!

As much as I like the idea of argument-I love you-bang-pool table :devil: at this moment I think talking and taking things slow will be the most logical and believable route to take...If they jump in the sack together at this moment the sex will be for all the wrong reasons and fall into the same category of what happened between Danny and Rikki :brickwall:...and that would be even more confusing to Danny and unfair to Lindsay...

But arguing and make-up sex is always a good thing when they are happy together again...like the wall we discussed earlier for somewhere near the end of season 5...:evil:

Yeah, that was one of my favourite D/L moments from last season...and funny thing is that apparently there is a "Speed Racer" movie out, and soon the next Batman will be out too...so it's Batmobile versus Mach5 in all the toy stores here :lol: (without D/L unfortunately)
