*Liff appears in the thread wearing a pointy hat and wizard robes carrying a long wooden staff and fake beard* Oh woops, wrong outfit - halloween's over  Howdy y'all!
Happy Hump Day to all the inhabitants of Gutterville and the surrounding wheatfields!
It's Wednesday, the day D/L made lurve (oh how I love that word) on Danny's pool table, thus starting our never-ending fascination with the sport of billiards  That and the raunchiness of naughty public love making  hehehehe.

Liff as for them being a couple and staying on the same shift, yeah I agree with you...I think since they haven't had a problem yet, odds are better that they will just asked to keep it outside work if it does come up...since like you pointed out so well, the team is used to them flirting/bantering/teasing eachother before anyway, so that would still be there, it's just that now it's within a relationship (Squee!)
It's also great that the team work so well with each other and I can't see any point of conflict with any of the members with Danny and Lindsay's relationship. Flack and Hawkes undoubtedly will use many if not all moments that present itself to tease the living daylights out of Danny and Lindsay and Stella can bond over the mushy details and how much of a softy Danny really is contrary to his bad boy persona
Mac, although he would appear stern would most probably be proud of them both for reaching that point, and he's like big daddy to them both - having hand picked each of them for his team. He knows that neither of them are going to let him down any time soon.
Ohhhhh a kiss in front of the elevator Liff?
If Danny were to act against his better judgement, I'd at least say he'd kiss her when they were actually in the elevator, after kicking everyone else out and telling them to catch the next one. From what we're seeing now, I don't think he's into PDA much (are you kidding me?) for the safely of their relationship (makes sense). Far from wanting to be in the public eye and fueling the rumour mill, I think Danny's trying refrain from being any less than professional with Lindsay whilst at work, whilst Lindsay doesn't mind the small suggestive talk when they're alone but still keeping a physical distance - somewhat. Danny's just overprotective
He's loosen up soon enough...she'll gladly help him with that

“lurve!” see if you can find where i referred to you.
Well they do oh-so-lurve! each other - no worries there. Off to go find said reference!
i like the process of getting to know each other better. and it should be emotionally, physically, and everything in between that’ll make them our (fluffer super-) couple!
Well they already our our fluffer-super-couple but having seems of them emotionally, physically and mentally getting to know each other better (fears and strengths etc) would be great
We already know that they've shed certain parts of them in their pursuit of a relationship and up to this point, we've seen how well they fit together. It would be great to see them actually acknowledge that somehow - perhaps Mac making a side comment that Danny seems to be more focused (?) when he's working with Lindsay or just more alert and better in general. Same goes for Lindsay.
i would hope the writers take the road not taken and make this relationship work personally and professionally. granted i know that working with your significant other can bring issues (usually portrayed as bad on television by lots of arguing or breaking up/making up/avoiding), but i’d like to see this relationship happen and carry on through constructive circumstances without personal attacks toward each other; also little to no negative effects on their professional life.
I'm sure that all of us here would like to see this relationship outside the tv norm. But there's a point to be made! I have a point! (oh I feel so proud). Whilst the TV relationships born from work usually end up bad, due to over exposure and some people feel drowned with no free time whatsoever, Danny and Lindsay, whilst they are colleagues, don't always work together. It's pretty much being from 2 departments since as often as they work together, they're also assigned seperate cases which would limit their interactions together. So even though they are workign in the same building, it's not necessarily together all day everyday which is a significant difference to seeing your partner sit across from you 9-5, 5 days a week.
Am I making any sense?
im happy i could paint a picture in your mind with the nekkid dancing
Ooh! Nekkid dancing! I like that particular picture.....*drool*
They just look so hawt together in my head.
*searches for Mer* Mer! Where are you sweetheart? I need to stare at your avvie!!

But I'v been checking out my desk today and that really has some nice possibilities too
Worst comes to worst they could have some fun under the table  Hehehehe. No one would notice...
*whistles*
**Bella stands up and waits for a blast of the pink fog**
*Liff blasts Bella with pink fog and throws a couple of M&Ms at her head for being less than fluffy - even a miniscule amount* hehehehe.
And the worrier in me is just wondering why the shippy scenes were cut from "Boo"? Was there a reason why those particular scenes were chosen?
Hmm...I think that it probably was due to time constraints as well as keeping the tone of the episode constant. Having a fluffy scene amidst a scare is just weird....especially when it's outside a supposedly haunted house with an annoyed CSI and an annoying police officer whom I know as Doctor from Star Trek
I can never shake the image ST has created of that man in my head.
Not that I want to....

Being evil is fun! Twinny should know
So, um....do I get Danny on Thursday?
Danny's working. You can play with squishy ball

I don't know why, but since we know so little about tonight's ep I'm with Mo and I have a feeling that perhaps this ep gives us what we've been waiting for
I have that feeling too - but then again, that could be my muse having a field day with new fic ideas that have to shelved for the time being. It would be great if TPTB gave us a huge scene all by surprise
I love surprises! I just hate knowing the surprise is coming and I dont know what it is.
I don't know what it is, but there's no spoiler, no ep, nothing that at the moment can shake my feeling that this season (OUR season) will bring us something great (which may even be angsty)...
There's probably going to be angst for us this season, which I think it guaranteed even if I'm not a fan of it (sort of) but I know that D/L will pull through and that the writers will too! They're not going to throw D/L away just like that - no sir.

dancing to the elevatior music - that is such an awesome image. the very last scene of an epi. them dancing to Everythin by Michael Bublé, her head on his shoulder, he kisses her forehead and scenes fades to black ...
Oh I approve of that ending!
Mo and I will use that when the writers hire us wont we darlin'?
But seriously, I love the picture of them just doing nothing, or something simple with each other, like swaying to some soft music or just reading the newspaper together. That....or Lindsay coming out with a basket of laundry and dumping it onto his head, telling him to go do the laundry  Any of the above works for me!
Stuffy-Twinny wub! I hope your day turns out better! Otherwise you can run around your room singing "merry christmas antelope!". If that doesnt amuse you, it'll amuse your household
Our couple is CANON! so we shouldn't have to be interpreting scenes or just assuming things.
I dont necessarily agree with that. I like the fact that although we're canon, we can still guess what they're going to do next and assume they're doing things together behind the scenes
We're not watching a soap here!
Stuffy-wubs! If I dont get to pop by tomorrow, here a very happy birthday to you! I found the funniest cake ever!0 (and it's true)
HAPPY BIRTHDAY SWEETHEART!!
