Oh wow Catey I'm guessing you're watching it now (you're just so lucky! and I'm so jealous! ) But as much as I like spoilers (who am I kidding -I love them- ) I don't wanna know every detail yet and besides I have to go to bed now (it's thursday 01.30 AM over here). I'll watch it after work in about 17 hours so I'm not gonna check this board again until I've seen it.

I'm even more excited now catey Thank you so much... after this eppy airs we'll be talking- for sure! You know- I bet that there's no DL because they're saving up for something big after the haitus- probably before she (for spoiler purposes) we know what I mean. I putting some money on that there's something there. So I'm pretty pumped for this eppy despite the lack of DL- it's all of been talking about since the end of "Raising Shane". Bring. It. On.

Okay I can't believe I actually managed to do this...but...as of thus far...I have resisted looking at Catey's spoilers! Lol, of course I've only been in here about 2 minutes...but thus far I've resisted! :lol: I really really want to be suprised...so we'll see if I can manage to hold off until it's time! I probably won't cuz I suck at having enough patience to wait, but I'm gonna REALLY try!

So yeah, HI Y'all!!! I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited for this eppy! I really hope it's good, and I hope Linds' secret is something really good and not lame...not that I want her to have suffered, but I don't want something lame to be keeping her and Danny apart, ya know!

Mo, if you gave up and are reading spoilers, run to the fluffy bubble! No D/L. I’m with catey on this one. I think we are almost as much in the dark as we were before. All we know is some horrid crime happened to some friends and she was the only one who came through it. No details of the crime, no mention of if it involved a boyfriend or whatever, nada, zip, zilch. Still a seriously good ep though, which is weird, but hey CSI: NY is an awesome show. And there is a fair amount of Danny in this ep, though, looking fine in a tight sky blue shirt, yum.

We all continue to wish congratulations to Anna and her husband Eric, and hope she has a healthy pregnancy, because a baby is truly a blessing!

I know that Anna & Carmine could and would pull off any scene because they are good actors (good people, too), and have great acting chemistry. Personally, I think that there hasn't been too much D/L because TPTB aren't creative enough with camera angles.
Think we should send PTB some tips on how to work out a broom closet scene for Danny & Lindsay? :devil: :devil:

Oh, yes, definitely congrats to Anna and her husband on their baby!! I didn't mean to imply that her pregnacy was a *bad* thing. It's wonderful!! (And I'm even old-fashioned enough to think it's especially wonderful that AB is actually *married* to the father of her baby, rather than just being "involved" with him.)
I was just wondering if her pregnancy is the reason the Danny/Lindsey relationship has been downplayed this season, after it seemed to be heating up near the end of last season.

Well, I think they gave us a lot at the beginning with NWILL & LRC because they knew about Anna's upcoming maternity leave.

But have hope! Danny & Lindsay have had such an awesome connection since she arrived. We're stuck with a month off because of the holidays, but I have a feeling by the end of the season this ship will be golden!

And after all, we are on lucky thread 13...

Mo, I'm sorry about you not remaining spoiler free this time. I feel responsible. Cheer up, I think everybody feels the same way as you. At least I do.
I also agree with Mercy, all I could do when I seen the episode was think "WTH?" All the hype, and we still get shortchanged on everything.
I'm more disappointed because this is what they leave us with for the next 5 weeks. 5 weeks??? We barely make it through 2, and now we have to wait 5 weeks? You know, this season is killing me. My fluffy bubble is starting to burst. I think I'm converting to the angst.
Did you notice that the "team" really didn't notice that something was off with Lindsay? I guess the futon critic was wrong on that. The only one who even really knew anything was wrong was Stella. Hammerback and Hawkes, maybe, but no big scene where the team is concerned. That kind of bums me out also.

Ok, this is totally out of line and not relevant to Danny/Lindsay. Please keep the actors out of the conversations. We don't know if TPTB backed off of DL because of her pregnancy (I'm sure it caused quite a few re-writes) or if it was already planned that way but please don't imply it may have been changed because of how Carmine felt about working with Anna while she's pregnant.

Again, this is also out of line and not relative to Danny/Lindsay. The marital status of Anna in regards to the baby's father is not any of our business. Yes, she is married but what if she wasn't? That's NOT a discussion for this thread.

I see nothing wrong with congratulating Anna and her husband about the baby (in this thread), however all other conversation about Anna, her husband, or Carmine is not going to go on in here.

Lindsay freaking out I can handle. Sometimes trauma that's been surpressed for way to long has a way of resurfacing when you least expect it. And the tiniest event can cause a (nervous) breakdown

But what I didn't understand is why she went to Stella? "I could use a friend here." What was she thinking? There is this really, really cute guy there who you really, really like a lot (and more ) and he offered to be there for you if you need anything. Instead she turns to Stella

I hope she made that decission to not tell Danny because they're so close that it would make her even more emotional; that's the only logical explanation I guess

Yeah, dutch, that's so true, but in a gallant effort not to get too depressed, I went on a hunt for this cloud's silver lining. I found one! Since they did not really reveal her secret in depth, it leaves all kinds of room for people to create inventive fanfics to tide us over!!
