I think Danny likes making Flack laugh...Flack really is the funny one of the two, but Flack clearly finds Danny adorable and he'll laugh at Danny's dumb jokes, and even sometimes make fun of them like he did in that ep!
Flack's expression always says it all!

He loves the way Flack always puts that smile whenever he comes into the room, just like he loves to feel protected and sure whenever Flack is around.
Awwww.
If I remember right, that scene is from Heroes. Danny was upset about Aiden's death and that he didn't have the chance to grill the guy suspected to be her killer, but there's Flack to check up on him and make sure he's alright. (Please to be correcting me if I be wrong.

I think Danny has serious abandonment issues, and he felt like everyone was abandoning him in "On the Job." The fact that Flack came showed Danny that he wasn't abandoning Danny and I think Danny was definitely relieved.
I absolutely agree. Danny fearing abandonment like he does, he needs somebody who's strong enough for both of them, somebody who's loyal and reliable and stands up for him even when no one else does. And who is that, ladies and gentlemen? The handsome homicide detective who has proven himself over and over again that he's there for Danny in the CSI's dark hours without fail, Flack.

The episode was OK, but what caught my attention was Flack's reaction to Lindsay. I think it was twice that he looked at her in a very annoyed way.
Nope, you're not the only one who's noticed that. Flack isn't the only one who's reacted that way to Lindsay. In season four, there a few times where Mac and Stella had sported less-than-pleased faces around her and even mocked her. But yeah, there are quite a number of us who feel Flack just tolerates Lindsay as a professional colleague. Episode 4x13 was actually good proof of that. You should listen to how
bored he sounded when he was talking to her on the stairs.
And welcome,

Hey, we don't care whether you're a die hard fan or not, we welcome everyone who's interested in Danny/Flack. I answer your questions:
1. Yep, I think it's very possible Danny and Flack are bisexual. Bisexuality isn't as unbelievable as some people think.
It's canon that Danny and Flack have dated women and have had sex with them, but just because it's not shown on the series that they may have dated men or even had sexual relations with men doesn't mean it's automatically impossible. That's the beauty of things, the freedom and space we have to interpret the characters beyond what's shown to us on screen.
There was that comment Danny once made where he asked what was wrong with seeing guys kissing or something. (I hope somebody has the exact quote!) And then there's Flack constantly staring at Danny like he wants to eat the guy alive.  So who knows, anything is possible if ya can realistically spin it.
2. One title: Blood, Sweat & Tears. Flack blatantly ogled Danny so much in that episode it convinced me right up that Flack had a major crush on Danny. There's Danny brushing Flack's arm with his fingers. There's Flack standing up forDanny and him rushing to Danny's side in On the Job. Then there's Flack and Danny joking about pizza in Trapped, where it was proven Flack even knows what Danny's preferred pizza is.
Also Necrophilia Americana, where they complimented each other on their clothes, Danny gave Flack a mischievous smile, and Flack showed his dorky wave of love to Danny and Danny waved back.
Then there's Run Silent, Run Deep where Flack looked Danny in the eye while he said, "We ain't goin' anywhere." There's the final scene in the pub in Heroes; Danny and Flack looked at each other most of the time, particularly during the toast. In fact, even in the promo pictures for that episode, Danny and Flack are only gazing at each other. Then there's that moment in season three where Danny was lifting fingerprints off a car window and Danny asked, "Ya
like that?" and Flack said, "
Yeaaah."
There are lots more but I'll let other people list them.
3. Dirtiest moment so far? Danny lifting the fingerprints and him asking Flack whether he liked that.  It's a scene ya gotta watch for yourself to understand why it's pervy. Listen to the dialogue without looking at the screen and you'll know what I mean.
4. Hmmm, to be honest, I don't want the ship to go canon.
That's especially if TPTB ends up fudging it just like they fudged D/L so bad. If that's the case, I'd rather it stay in fandom where it'll be written by fanfiction writers who add in all the smut the show itself will never have the guts to display.
