CSI: Miami Season 5 Wishlist

I thought this might be a fun discussion to help carry us through the summer. Were you dissatisfied with the 4th season of CSI: Miami, and are hoping for major changes in the 5th season? Perhaps you loved the 4th season and would love the see more of the same next season?

Here’s your chance to tell everyone what you’d like to see happen. :D

What is your wishlist for S5 of CSI: Miami?



I will post mine at a later date. Things have been mighty hectic around here today. ;)
 
Well, considering I didn't get hooked till the 4th season with Felony Flight/Manhattan Manhunt and haven't really seen any of the eps of S4 prior to that. I like it until the H/M deal. Not only that but after buying S1-S3 and watching it, I felt S4 was missing something. Like H working in the lab, hated the color scheme. Just alot lacking. H had lots of compassion in the other seasons. Not that he didn't in S4 but, something was just missing. Here's hoping they get rid of the awful colors they used this season. Don't make H cross that line, please lets see the real H again in S5. Hope I made some sense here. LOL
 
Honestly I really hated the new sets/labs. Hopefully we'll only have to see them for a couple more seasons.
 
-New sets. (The season 4 sets are terrible. Make it dark blue again)

-No color coordination.
-More dress shirts. (None of this woman shirt flannel crap)
-No more rich beautiful women getting shot and there's no blood anywhere. (What happened to the geriatric dudes who digged the weather?)

-Tone down the contrast. (I liked it better when the show was in real color, not all the colors of the rainbow)
-Calm Horatio down for a while. (Make him heroic, but not enough to bust a cap on someone's rear end)

-No more split screen crap. Get it out. I can only focus on one thing at a time. This is CSI:Miami, not 24.
-More lab shots. (I forgot there was even a Trace lab)
-Get rid of that stupid giant smart board in the AV lab. That kind of technology does not exist. (Even if it does, come on that's too high-tech)

-Less interrogation scenes. I can't keep track of everyone anymore.
-Less character development. (Enough already, 25 episodes of character development makes me feel like I have no life)

-Happy endings. (I want there to be happy music and sunshine like there was in Innocent, Golden Parachute, Cross-Jurisdictions)

-The team together for the finale. (Like in Innocent at the end)
-Humor. Please more humor. (Smiles, jokes, SARCASM)

There is my list so far. I'll come back with more when I can think of more. This was all straight off the top of my head.

(I'm really wishing for Yelina and Speedle, but I'll probably only get one and it'll be Yelina)

EDIT:

-Horatio working in the lab
-An actual Autopsy scene. (We only get like three seconds of it)
-The cool graphics inside the body or inside technology. (Where did it go?)
 
-Speed back
-No more Soap Bubbles
-Less bad character storylines
-More actual investigating
-Tyler back

i can't actually think of anything at the moment, but i'll think of more later
 
-No more soapy storylines.
-No more Snake Lady.
-Horatio actually DOING something "normal." I've had enough of Horatio as superhero.
-No more color coordination.
-No more split screen.
-No more huge subtitles when we can actually understand what is being said.
-MORE VALERA
-More investigation and science

So many of the things I wish for have already been posted.

-I want the old Horatio back. The one from S1-3.
-Lose the split screen please.
-No more 'love triangles'
-No more 'pregnancy scares'
-More Alexx
-More smiling, chipper Calleigh
-More Valera
-More Cooper
-More lab/evidence processing shots
-I want Yelina to come back
-I'd like to see little or no Natalia
-No more NY backstory for H
-I'd like some good storylines for Eric
-I'd like more of Ryan in tshirts (That's totally superficial, I know it :p )
-No more murdered wives/girlfriends for H

That's all I can think of for now...I'm sure I'll have more to add later.
 
ah, all the extra ones i thought of were posted but i'll say them anyway

-No more love triangles
-No babies (scares or otherwise)
-No more Eric being portrayed as a man whore
-More Ryan in t-shirts (ok, Thumpy kinda influenced that one :p)
-Less Snake Lady
-No more of Horatio's girlfriends/wives being murdered
-TYLER BACK
-Yelina, Ray and Ray Jr. again
-Comic Relief, i need those sarcastic comments back!

again, all i can think of now, but i'll probably have more later :lol:
 
Everything i desire has already been said:

no girlfriend/wife/whatever for H.
no split screen
no Boa Vista
turn down the colors
let H do some real work
more humor

oh yeah.. and bring Speedle back :D i know he´s dead but who cares ? this is television, get creative
 
STUART OTIS! Thanks Ducky! :lol: I really want him back too. He was my favorite bad guy and you know, he did say he'd get out. It's his nature. And Horatio said he'd be waiting. That's HIS nature. (Not so sure Horatio's the same man..But hey he could still be waiting)
 
I wish for Season 5 that:

- Speedle come back
- No more Love triangle
- Bring Ryan and Calleigh together
- Yes and more Cooper please :D
- Bring the old Horatio back, I don't want more drama for him
- See Eric going to Speedle's grave or something like this.

So that's all for the moment ;)
 
Yess! I'd love to see Stewart Otis again. Scary but...
Better storylines
More Calleigh and Alexx
Bring back the humor from S1
Bring back the clever dialogs from S1 & S2
Bring back Yelina
No more soapy love drama
Bring the REAL Horatio back.
Leave H alone.
I'd like to know what happened to Madison now.
Use the S2 formula again.
 
I have picked up the season 4 vibs so will make some comments, plus for me off the back end of season 3!!

- More team togetherness, that includes banter, humour, and covering each others backs genuinely caring for each other!
- Susie and Madison, would like to see how they are getting on :)
- The real H who did lab work, as well as following bad guys, and with integrity and control of his emotions, and single :rolleyes:
- Oh and a bit more H and Stetler growling at each other with smart comments, not stupid threats :cool:
