Can someone fill me in on OD too? I don't know anything about it. Thanks.

Re: CSI: Miami Season 5 **Spoiler Lab** #2-Proceed With Caut

Feb 12th, TVGuide: Man Down - CSI: Miami
Conclusion. Horatio and Delko are ambushed while searching for a kidnapped court stenographer in a parking garage, and Delko is seriously wounded. The woman was abducted by Clavo Cruz, who escaped from prison. The investigation reveals Cruz may be involved with selling illegal African diamonds.

Maybe Officer Down is Man Down?

Re: CSI: Miami Season 5 **Spoiler Lab** #2-Proceed With Caut

Oh we have to wait the whole ep to see Delko get hurt? Bummer. I was hoping it'd be one of those you see him being rushed to the hospital (or clinically dead or w/e) and then it flashes back to x or y hours earlier. Oh well. *slinks off* :)

Re: CSI: Miami Season 5 **Spoiler Lab** #2-Proceed With Caut

I believe that 'Officer Down' was supposed to be a S2 episode that featured a storyline where Calleigh gets shot, but for whatever reasons, never materialized. ;) So it would be different from the upcoming 'Man Down' episode. I could be wrong though.

Re: CSI: Miami Season 5 **Spoiler Lab** #2-Proceed With Caut

No I think you're right- some people have told me that it was supposed to be s2 but then the introduced Yelina as a love interest for H- and the story line was dropped. It was supposed to be a DuCaine thing (sorry- I'm going shipper)

Re: CSI: Miami Season 5 **Spoiler Lab** #2-Proceed With Caut

^ sorry for been annoying, but u know that shipper things go in Shipper Central ;)

and just for the record, there are big difference between 'Officer Down' spoiler (possible epi, never materialized ) S2 and this introduce H/Y story line in S1. they don`t have any connection - in all meaning - shipp or not shipp

As Pusher said, the two storylines were unrelated. Plus, that wouldn't really make sense, as Yelina was introduced in Season 1's 'Simple Man' as a 'love interest' for Horatio. The 'DuCaine' thing was the reaction of some fans to this proposed storyline. It wasn't something implied by the writers themselves.

Re: CSI: Miami Season 5 **Spoiler Lab** #2-Proceed With Caut

Why, oh, why would we need another DNA specialist? We already have Natalia and Valera. Do they not realise that there are other forensic specialities any more? Another guy in that list was DNA too! Very original.

Re: CSI: Miami Season 5 **Spoiler Lab** #2-Proceed With Caut

Those people in that casting notice were for the night shift in that ep. The one guy who looked geeky was the DNA specialist from the night shift and the African American girl who lifted the print from the window that identified Natalia was also from the night shift.

I don't think they're recurring they were just in that ep b/c they needed to introduce some night shift people cuz remember since Natalia and Valera were suspected they needed the night shift DNA person to process the evidence.

Re: CSI: Miami Season 5 **Spoiler Lab** #2-Proceed With Caut

Sorry about the whole s2 H/Cal/Yelena thing- someone in Shipper Central told me that, and someone else confirmed it. Wrong of me to assume.

I love Stuart Otis. He was so incredibly creepy! I hope we get to see him back one day. Maybe he could team up with Clavo Cruz and some of Horatio's other nemesis' for the last ever episode. Motley Crue of H-Haters, that he'd proceed to take down one by one. That would make my year.
I completely agree!H wouldn't mind taking down ALL his arc nemesis' one by one! I do however have an OT question for you CSI Ali... what season/ episode is the scene in your signiture taken from? Is it Calleigh and Eric?

Re: CSI: Miami Season 5 **Spoiler Lab** #2-Proceed With Caut

her sig is from "Simple Man" in season 1.

I too would love to see Stuart Otis again. He totally creeped me out in "Broken" and again in "Body Count." He is one of those bad guys you wouldn't mind seeing over and over again. Of course we get to see Clavo again, and I love him so that is exciting.

Re: CSI: Miami Season 5 **Spoiler Lab** #2-Proceed With Caut

Yeah. Clavo was by far my fave bad guy. He just tried so hard to irritate H, and it was fun to watch. Stuart Otis is up there too. Can't wait for next week.
I do love your sig, CSI_Ali, and I'll see Simple man tonite and actually see it in action. :D

Re: CSI: Miami Season 5 **Spoiler Lab** #2-Proceed With Caut

You have no idea how many folks have asked me about the sig today! It's getting a little spooky. But yes, it's from 'Simple Man', and it's Calleigh and Eric. :D

I'm really excited to see Clavo Cruz again. He was one of the bad guys that was so irritating that you really wanted to see him get his comeuppance. He was also one of the only people who posed a legitimate threat to Horatio, and even through Horatio always had the better of him in terms of smarts, you could still see Clavo as his equal; a worthy enemy.

Okay, I have to go and watch 'Simple Man' now, you've driven me to it!
