AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW JOSH IS THE GOOD SPEEDLE! lol whoa, caps lol. Carly and Josh are so cute, I would hate for them to break up. I love Josh and how caring he is towards her. They are the most ADORABLE couple and I think that they should be married for all eternity lol. GREAT update Geni, love it. Keep it comin girl! xoxo

Josh: Sir can I see your liscence and registration please?

Guy: *hands over wallet*

Cop: I'll go pull up the registration.

Josh: Thanks.

Hummer pulls up

Cop: What's CSI doing here?

Josh: *sigh* I don't know.

Speed: *shuts Hummer door, walks over* Can I have a minute?

Cop: Sure. I'll take care of this one.

Josh: Thanks. *walks over* What do you want? I'm working.

Speed: So am I.

Josh: What do you want?

Speed: Roll up your sleeves.

Josh: What? Why?

Speed: Because I said so.

Josh: Did Carly talk to you?

Speed: It doesn't matter just do it.

Josh: No, I'm not listening to you.

Speed: I'll haul your ass downtown. I will.

Josh: *frowns* Stay out of it.

Speed: Don't pull this crap with me. Maybe mom falls for it, hell maybe Carly does too but I don't.

Josh: I didn't kill anyone.

Speed: Then roll up your sleeves or I'll do it for you.

Josh: *rolls up sleeves*

Speed: *clicks on flashlight*

Josh: Satisfied?

Speed: Turn your arms over.

Josh: *turns arms over*

Speed: *clicks off flashlight*

Josh: Finished?

Speed: Yeah.

Josh: So I'm in the clear.

Speed: You are.

Josh: *nods*

Speed: Josh, I'm going to tell you something and you have got to listen to me. It doesn't matter how angry you get with Carly, do not lay a hand on her. Okay? Treat her like she's holy.

Josh: Why are you telling me this?

Speed: Just do it. *walks away*

Josh: *lifts brow*

AWWWWWWWWWWWW Speed is looking out for Carly. I'm thinkin that he might still feel a little sumthin sumthin for her lol. But telling him not to lay a hand on her is kinda......hypocritical for him, isn't it? haha. HMMMMMMM we're looking out for another little boy, but I'm confused, how did we find out about this kid? I probably wasn't paying close enough attention lol

Awww nuts and I was so close to welcoming Carly to the wife of a creeper husband side! lol. But hmm...ok if Josh didn't do it then ...ugh blah I have a cold and I'm so confuzzled! But how cute was it that Speed was going to protect JOsh and all at first and then he went to go find out himself. And I really have no idea what i'm talking about lol.

Delko: Hey.

Speed: Hey you paged me?

Delko: I was checking into the studio's clientel list since the manager was so eager to help the cops, and I found two names on it.

Speed: Just two?

Delko: Well one that's significant to us. The other one has been there for over five years. Alison Handling and Sara Piper.

Speed: *stops walking*

Delko: You want to bring Sara in?

Speed: No.

Delko: Why not?

Speed: The first woman, you have a picture?

Delko: Yeah. *hands over folder*

Speed: *looks down* ...

Delko: You know her?

Speed: *looks at Eric* Good job, you just found a motive.

Delko: Motive?

Speed: Well for the second murder anyway.

Delko: I don't get it.

Speed: Thanks. *walks away*

Delko: ...Now I know how Valera feels.

Interview room, 2 hours later

Speed: *walks in*

Alison: *smiles*

Speed: How did you get out?

Alison: I got 15 years, and did 10.

Speed: Lucky.

Alison: I didn't know you still worked here.

Speed: *sits down* You work at a modeling studio.

Alison: Yes, I'm a model.

Speed: *flips page of folder* Yeah I got that from the whole modeling studio thing.

Alison: *crosses legs, leans back on chair*

Speed: *looks up*

Alison: *smiles* Just like old times huh?

Speed: Do you know Sara Piper?

Alison: We work together.

Speed: Do you know Josh Speedle?

Alison: *laughs*

Speed: *leans back on chair*

Alison: His wife doesn't even know he's having an affair.

Speed: You're in a relationship with him.

Alison: Married men have always appealed to me.

Speed: I need a sample of your DNA.

Alison: Not without a warrant.

Speed: You're on parole, I don't need a warrant.

Alison: *smile fades*

Speed: *opens kit*

Alison: You're married.

Speed: Don't get any ideas.

Alison: Is she pretty?

Speed: *walks over* Open up.

Alison: *smiles*

PD

Delko: Hey you find the kid?

Horatio: An hour ago. He didn't go missing, he was at his friend's house overnight and didn't tell his mother.

Delko: So that just wasted what...An entire day?

Horatio: Two days actually.

Delko: Well Valera's running some DNA right now.

Horatio: I see we have one female in for questioning.

Delko: Yeah but Sara Piper seems to be MIA.

Horatio: Interesting.

Delko: She also knows the woman in interview, and Josh.

Horatio: Josh. What does he have to do with the case?

Delko: Apparently the other night he helped arrest a runaway teenager in the studio after he broke in. Josh was called as backup.

Horatio: And?

Delko: And his DNA was found on one of the belts, but his story checks out. The kid knocked a few things over, and Josh picked everything up.

Horatio: Has IAB heard anything?

Delko: No.

Horatio: Don't tell them anything voluntarily.

Delko: Alright.

DNA lab, few hours later

Speed: Hey you got the results?

Valera: *hands over paper*

Speed: *looks down* Okay so her DNA was found under the fingernails of the first boy.

Valera: Yes, but not Teague.

Speed: Oh I have an idea of who matches that sample.

Valera: Sara Piper?

Speed: Yeah if only we can find her.

Valera: Went missing huh.

Speed: Yeah. Thanks. *leaves*

Interview room

Speed: *throws folder on table* Okay so you killed the first boy.

Alison: I didn't kill anyone.

Speed: DNA says you did.

Alison: Josh killed him. He grabbed for me, I ran out.

Speed: Why were you there?

Alison: Josh said he needed to get rid of someone. Sara's son.

Speed: She has a son?

Alison: Adopted.

Speed: *nods*

Alison: We went to the studio because Josh said he was picking him up from there after work. I had the keys so I let him in.

Speed: How did you two meet?

Alison: He was there when I was released. So like the good cop that he is, he gave me a ride to a hotel. Then we...Bonded.

Speed: Back to the murder.

Alison: Josh wasn angry at Sara because she kept him away from me. It was always work, work, and no play. So he got angry and took it out on the kid. He told me he kidnapped him, and-

Speed: Sara said she had a daughter who dissapeared, not a son.

Alison: Her daughter ran away from home, she wasn't kidnapped by her dad. I'm sure you could clear that up with her later.

Speed: Yeah.

Alison: So I saw the boy there when we walked in, and he was tied up. Josh grabbed a belt off the table, and started strangling him. I got scared and ran out.

Speed: You didn't think to call the police.

Alison: Call the cops on a cop? Yeah they'd make me for guilty and send Josh away with a medal. I just got out of jail, I'm not going back.

Speed: Sit tight.

Alison: Sure, anything for you.

Speed: *leaves*

Alison: *smirks*

Autopsy

Alexx: Hey Speed.

Speed: The first little boy, you still have him?

Alexx: Yeah the county isn't going to take him until later. What did you need?

Speed: I need to see his wrists.

Alexx: Alright. *opens drawer*

Speed: *looks down*

Alexx: Everything alright?

Speed: He has ligature marks around his wrists.

Alexx: I noted that in my report.

Speed: Great.

Alexx: Anything else?

Speed: No. Thanks Alexx. *leaves*

Alexx: *closes drawer*

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO not Josh! It's not supposed to run in the Speedle family! Only Timmy! *pouts* I like Carly and Josh together lol, but then again I already mentioned that. Aw man, things are not looking good for Joshy boy. Then again this girl isn't really too trustworthy so we're going to have to see. Accusations aren't everything, and my guess is that all the evidence isn't in yet.......oh man I hope it's not Josh and I hope he straightens up and is loyal to Carly. Poor girl deserves more than that. Anywhu, Great job Geni, hope to see more soon! :D
 
Confusion

Street, Miami

Horatio: *takes off shades*

Alexx: She was hit by a vehicle.

Horatio: I guess we know where Sara Piper is now, don't we?

Alexx: *nods* Cause of death was the impact with the road, not the initial hit from the vehicle.

Horatio: Mhm.

Delko: I'm your car man.

Horatio: I need photographs of all the skid marks, and measurements.

Delko: No problem. So I guess we found her.

Horatio: *nods*

Delko: *smirks* Looks like we can't ask her if she killed anyone.

Horatio: That doesn't mean she didn't.

Delko: *lays out tape measure* 110.50 inches. I have a few ideas of what kind of car it is.

Horatio: Our department police cars.

Delko: Or at least the same model.

Horatio: *frowns*

Delko: You think it's Josh?

Horatio: Let's not assume anything just yet. *walks away*

Delko: Okay, whatever you say.

PD

Josh: *signing paperwork*

Horatio: *walks over* Josh.

Josh: *looks up* Hey H.

Horatio: You got a minute?

Josh: Sure.

Horatio: Evidence in this case isn't looking very good for you.

Josh: What evidence?

Horatio: Sara Piper was found dead this morning. We think she might have been hit with a radio car.

Josh: *stares at Horatio*

Horatio: What's your relationship with Alison?

Josh: ...Alison who?

Horatio: She was released from prison a few months ago.

Josh: So what does she have to do with me?

Horatio: She says you were having an affair with her.

Josh: *lifts brow* I don't even remember her.

Horatio: Well she seems to remember you. She's also implicating you for Sara's son's murder.

Josh: I didn't murder anyone.

Horatio: Then I'll need more than your word.

Josh: I don't know what else to give you.

Horatio: This isn't looking good.

Josh: Why? Because everyone in my family are cheaters and liars? I'm telling you I didn't kill anyone and I certainly wasn't involved with this Alison woman.

Horatio: We'll check into some things so for now, keep your head low.

Josh: No problem.

Beeper goes off

Horatio: Thank you. *walks away*

Josh: *frowns*

DNA lab

Horatio: You paged me.

Valera: I ran the sample of the first boy's blood into CODIS.

Horatio: Why would you do that?

Valera: Missing children's database can be found in CODIS as well so I thought I'd start with that.

Horatio: And?

Valera: *turns computer screen*

Horatio: Doriano Evans?

Valera: He was charged back in '87 for strangling a cat. He's also the father of the first boy. I got a DNA sample from Sara Piper that Alexx sent over, and compared it.

Horatio: And she's the mother.

Valera: If she said he was adopted, she was lying.

Horatio: *nods* This case sure is coming together isn't it?

Valera: *stares at Horatio*

Horatio: Thank you ma'am.

Studio

Horatio: *lifts gun* Doriano Evans! Miami Dade Police!

Speed: *lifts gun*

Delko: *runs up the stairs*

Upper floor

Delko: Hey!

Evans: *running toward window*

Delko: Stop where you are!

Evans: *opens window*

Delko: *pulls trigger*

Bullet hits the window

Evans: *flinches*

Horatio: *puts gun to Evans' head* Don't move.

Evans: *lifts hands*

Delko: *walks over* Put your hands behind your back.

Interview room

Evans: I didn't kill anyone.

Horatio: My CSIs searched your house and found an Impala LTZ in your garage.

Evans: So?

Horatio: So it's the same model of car that the police department uses, and it was the murder weapon.

Evans: Murder weapon?

Horatio: Sara Piper was run over last night by the same model vehicle that you own.

Evans: *frowns*

Horatio: She was going to tell the police what you did, wasn't she?

Evans: She was weak.

Horatio: She was going to tell the truth and you killed her before she could do that.

Interview room B

Alison: I was having an affair with Doriano, not Josh.

Speed: Funny how handcuffs bring out the truth in people.

Alison: I found out Sara was sleeping with him too. *laughs* They had a kid together. Did you know that?

Speed: Yeah DNA confirmed it.

Alison: She told me he was adopted. *shakes head* And I believed her. That is until I saw them all having a picnic in the park last week. He was mine and she stole him.

Speed: Evans.

Alison: We were in love. And she took him away like that.

Interview room A

Horatio: So why did you kill Teague?

Evans: She told me she was in a relationship with this Speedle guy.

Horatio: And that made you angry.

Evans: She found out about me and Sara. I was going to lose my job.

Horatio: Yes, but you were in a relationship with Alison as well.

Evans: She had a kid with some cop. She cheated on me and she was going to get me fired. It was damage control.

Horatio: Yes so much damage control that you failed to make sure which family you were destroying. That child didn't belong to Alison. And she wasn't having an affair with a police officer.

Evans: Sara tried to stop me.

[FLASHBACK- STUDIO]

Sara: You really think she's telling the truth? Look at yourself!

Evans: If I kill him, she won't say anything about us.

Sara: I don't think he's her kid.

Evans: Are you with me or not?

Sara: *frowns*

Evans: *grabs Teague*

Teague: HELP! *grabs Sara*

Evans: Get over here! *yanks Teague away*

[FLASHBACK - PRESENT]

Evans: And then I dumped the kid in the forest.

Horatio: She was telling the truth. You got the names mixed up.

Evans: Sara was going to tell the police. I had to get rid of her.

Horatio: And you did.

[FLASHBACK- ROAD]

Evans: *on cellphone* I'll pick you up from that little coffee place we love.

Sara: *on phone* Thanks babe.

[few seconds later]

[car pulls up]

Sara: *smiles*

Evans: *presses on the gas*

Sara: *screams*

[Car hits Sara]

[FLASHBACK - PRESENT]

Horatio: *frowning*

Evans: *shakes head* Stupid bitch was going to ruin everything.

Horatio: It looks like she did anyway, huh.

Evans: *frowning*

Interview room B

Speed: You killed Sara's kid. DNA puts your skin under his fingernails.

Alison: I was so angry. She hurt me, and she had to pay.

[FLASHBACK - INDUSTRIAL AREA]

Alison: *takes out belt*

Kid: *screaming*

Alison: Shh, it's all going to be over soon.

[FLASHBACK - PRESENT]

Alison: I was going to make sure she never saw that kid again. How could she steal Doriano like that?

Speed: It's not the same when it happens to you is it?

Alison: *frowns* They say revenge is best served cold.

Speed: Well for you it'll be served in a six by nine for the next twenty five years to life.

SO GLAD Josh didn't have any part in this. He's such a sweetheart, and he really is the good Speedle. That was a very VERY good conclusion Geni, I don't know how your mind comes up with all this stuff, I could never think of an ending like that lol. You really should be a writer for CSI! That's so sad that Teague was killed for the wrong reasons, poor Speedy boy...he needs to greive. Well, can't wait to see what happens next! Keep up the good work Geni, you're doing a fantastic job!

I do have to admit though that I got a little confused during this whole thing but it all pieces together at the end there, nice job Geni.

Ok Allison (I need to think of a nick name for her) and Ms. Coffee working together! That should have been like...that should be like a sin or something! lol.

Josh: Did the suspects have it?

Horatio: ...We didn't find any.

Josh: *lifts brow*

Horatio: Tell you what, you take Eric back out there and have a look around.

Josh: Me?

Horatio: You've earned it.

Josh: Thanks.

Horatio: Go on.

Josh: *leaves*

Horatio: *puts on shades*

Tripp: *looks up from desk* For cryin' out loud H, it's not that bright in here.

Horatio: I have sensitive eyes.

Tripp: Oh gee that explains everything. *rolls eyes*

Industrial park

Delko: *runs over* So Horatio sent you with me huh.

Josh: Yeah.

Delko: Well then, let's look for that cocaine. *clicks on flashlight*

Josh: *nods*

Delko: You want to take the outer perimiter or the buildings?

Josh: I got here on time.

Delko: *laughs*

Josh: Maybe we should just stick together.

Delko: We could cover more ground if we're separated.

Josh: *frowns*

Delko: Scared of the dark?

Josh: No. If you get into trouble I can't cover your ass.

Delko: Oh you think I'll get into trouble.

Noise is heard, metal clacking

Delko: *looks around*

Josh: What was that?

Delko: Hopefully it's just rats.

Josh: Now who's scared.

Delko: *rolls eyes*

Josh: *walks along building*

Delko: *follows* I should be up front.

Josh: Patrol trumps the scientist.

Delko: *tilts head* I'm not really a scientist.

Josh: This isn't exactly your job either.

Delko: Touche.

Guy grabs a bag and runs

Delko: Hey! *runs*

Josh: *runs*

Delko: *pulls out gun*

Josh: *shoots gun*

Guy jumps over a beam and away

Delko: *stops running*

Josh: He just ran away with evidence.

Delko: *sigh* Well at least we know that it was here.

Josh: So who took it?

Delko: I knew this case wasn't over.

Josh: ...At least this time you won't be blaming me.
