Hey everyone, Im pretty sure that this is the correct thread to ask this , Im sorry if it isnt But, Im going to get photo shop or some kind of photo/icon making program, but I have question, what is the best one to get: photo shop, paintshop pro, any others? Please give me your opinion TIA
