So I completely forgot my new computer has Vista. Does anyone know which programs can be used with that? Thanks!

I have Vista. I use photofilter. Its a very plain program but I'm pretty sure any program could be used on it. Such as Photoshop or Paintshop Pro.

Oh good! I will look that one up tonight. I have never used any of these kind of programs so I would not know the difference! :0)

i attempted it csi_pinoy. i'm not so great at animations. if you want someting changed lemme know :)

ilh214 , I love this animated icon, the only problem is the allowed size of 60kb has been burst! :D
When the icon size is bigger than 60 kb (for .gif ), the autoadmin will remove the icon.
Same for .jpg/.png ones when the size is bigger than 20kb ;)
 
ilh214 your animated icon is hilarious! I love it! The baby's so cute.
The one about H's shoes being scuffed is real funny too.
