CSI LV Awards Discussion

Re: CSI LV Awards Discussion

Yeay am glad CSI won this award :D it really deserves more recognition in the UK, but this is one more step towards it :D

Re: CSI LV Awards Discussion

Just throught I'd drop in and announced that the The 59th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards airs on Fox Television on Sunday, Sept. 16, 2007. More information can be found at Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, including a little information about the emmy's and how they work, as well as any updates as they come.

Re: CSI LV Awards Discussion

The L.A, Times has got a list of this year's Emmy drama submissions here. They're just planned submissions so it's possible that the final submissions by the networks will be slightly different from this list. :)

BEST DRAMA ACTOR

WILLIAM PETERSEN for C.S.I.
"Burn Out" (air date 11/2/06)
Grissom (William Petersen) attempts to get a confession from a neighborhood pedophile by having him help in locating two missing boys. The sex offender is the main suspect. The investigation is more complex than the team ever thought it would be.

BEST DRAMA ACTRESS

MARG HELGENBERGER for C.S.I.
"Built to Kill, Part 2" (air date 9/28/06)
In the second part of this two-parter Grissom investigates the murder of an aging rockstar who is found dead in his kitchen with an exact replica of the crime scene on the counter next to him. Meanwhile, Catherine (Marg Helgenberger) probes her own abduction and learns that someone may be targeting her family.
My best wishes to Billy and Marg. I think they both deserve at least a nomination. And those are certainly their best episodes this season. :)

Re: CSI LV Awards Discussion

I just hope they get at least a nomination. An award would be great, and I do think they deserve...My fings are also crossed for them!

Re: CSI LV Awards Discussion

I was hoping Eric Szmanda and Jorja Fox would get in for Best Supporting Actor and Actress respectively, but CSI never seems to nominate to those categories. Good luck to Billy and Marg!

Re: CSI LV Awards Discussion

Well Wojo said that Eric is listed, Jorja and Robert david Hall also...

Re: CSI LV Awards Discussion

At least Canada appreciates great television even though the Emmy nominators don't.

Re: CSI LV Awards Discussion

Eric should be nominated ... he's the best , in Fannysmackin he was the man , really !

Did Wojo stated the source of the information? I would like to take a look at the list.
I'm just hoping for some of our starts there, at least nominated. They deserve it

I'm glad someone gives CSI a recognition of what it is. Congratulations to Carol M. :)

Re: CSI LV Awards Discussion

Billy and Marg both totally deserve the awards. After all of the Catherine drama that Marg has had to act through (and has done a fantastic job) she should totally win!
