All major catagories are announced, (ie actor/actress, supporting, writing/directing, shows, etc.) During the actual show, the awards CSI was up for come under the *Creative Arts* they won one of three awards and that award is

Outstanding Cinematography For A Single-Camera Series
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation Gum Drops

Also for those who missed which award William Petersen gave out that was "Outstanding Supporting Actress In A Miniseries Or A Movie" the winner of that was "Kelly Macdonald - The Girl In The Café" who recieved a small kiss from WP.

I am going *off topic* to mention this: I loved the tribute to Dick Clark, and the fact that he came out to speak, considering his stroke I would say he did an excellent job and he still looks so young for 76 yrs old (will be 77 in November). *moving Back on topic*

Whatt!! I just watched "The Girl I The Cafe" win and I could have sworn William didn't present it. Did he? I can't believe I didn't notice it! Gum Drops hasn't won/lost yet has it? Its still yet to be presented?

He did look great...*drools over the tux* though I do miss the beard :( Question: How tall is he? I coldn't tell if he was just short or the other guy...ack forgot his name, the one from The Unit and Allstate...is tall.

I was kinda surprised he presented so early...though glad it wasn't any earlier, the little cousins were here and I had to wait out their tape.

*wonders if anyone saw Gina anywhere*

OK, Destiny, I'm posting this here

First of all, I didn't know CSI was up for an award, I know it was for "nothing major" but GUM DROPS was an excellent episode

and WP, OMG, I MISSED HIM!

Did you see anyone in the red carpet? I watched half of E!'s Red Carpet Emmy Awards and I was sure I didn't see anyone other than Sofia Milos. Did I miss something?

one of my favourite celebrity gossip sites named billy peterson as the best dressed man at the emmys! he was looking good, i think that deserves a mention here even if its not a real award ;)

Sorry if it's already been posted, I couldn't see it anywhere but CSI won an award at the TV quick awards for best international show.

I'm very pleased seeing as it gets very little press coverage in this country. :)

Yeah, I saw that! I told my mum to vote for it! Ha ha ha! She just doesn't get the CSI thing, despite my rantings and protestations!

Glad I played a small part in it winning!! I hope you voted and in the NTA's too. I voted in Heat for that! No mother required this time! :lol:
