HCrazy!! I didn't meant it! I will give a warning next time!!
 Thank you again to everyone for the amazing support! Enjoy!!
[INT - CRIMELAB - EVENING]
Fade in:
(Shot of Horatio walking through the lab,
a tape recorder in his hand.
He walks briskly, really smiling.
Horatio laughs to himself quietly.)
Cut to:
(Calleigh in the break-room, stirring coffee
as she writes down various notes on her
report.
She sits with her back to the door.
Her eyes nearly close, but she takes a quick
drink of coffee.
Camera focuses in on her as she takes a sip.
Suddenly, 'that' song starts playing, and Calleigh
nearly sprays her coffee.
She puts down her mug, wiping away coffee trails
from her mouth, giggling madly.)
CALLEIGH: (mockingly) Oh no!!!
Cut to:
(Horatio holding the tape player, his eybrows raised
and a massive smile on his face.)
HORATIO: Oh yes!!
Cut to:
(Calleigh laughing, covering her eyes.
Horatio walks over, and puts the tape player on the table
next to her.
He stands behind her, looking down over her.)
CALLEIGH: Horatio, we are at work...
HORATIO: Everyone's gone, and graveyard shift's not due
for another half hour... we have time alone...
(Calleigh puts her face in her hands in mock embarassement.)
CALLEIGH: Point taken... I don't think I'll ever get used to
such special treatment...
(Horatio leans in to her left, his hands on either side of her on
the table.)
HORATIO: You deserve it...
(He whispers this in her ear.
She laughs, turning to face him, but he moves to her right.)
CALLEIGH: Quit moving, let me look at you.
HORATIO: I'm looking at you... from every angle... you're
beautiful...
(He kisses her hair.
She smiles.)
CALLEIGH: Oh, you're a big ol' teddy-bear!
(Horatio chuckles.)
HORATIO: Well, you did say I was an 'animal' last night...
(Calleigh whips her head around to her right, but Horatio's
looking over her head now.)
CALLEIGH: You were! I found myself thinking, 'Ooohh, tiger!
Rarr...'
(Horatio leans in over her.
She looks up, meeting his eyes.)
HORATIO: I'll take that as a compliment...
(She sighs happily.
He presses a kiss to her forehead.)
HORATIO: Now...
(He turns her chair around to face him.)
Up for a dance?
(Calleigh's eyes widen, her smile broadening.)
CALLEIGH: Well... in a private setting, I'd jump at the chance,
but...
HORATIO: But what? There's no one...
CALLEIGH: ... here, I know. But I...
(Horatio looks at her intently.)
Well...
(She pulls on his loosened tie.)
A little closeness never hurt anyone...
(Horatio takes her hands, pulling her up and out of her chair.
Calleigh automatically wraps her arms around Horatio's neck,
and Horatio wraps his arms around Calleigh's waist.
They stand there for a minute, the song still playing.
Calleigh sighs contentedly.)
CALLEIGH: You know... I'm never going to stop smiling whenever
I hear this song.
HORATIO: Hmmm, me either.
(Calleigh looks up at him.)
CALLEIGH: Is this always your choice of track when setting the
mood?
(Horatio chuckles.)
HORATIO: No, actually. It was always one of those Caruso
arias or stuff like that... That never, quite frankly, set the mood I was
hoping for...
(Calleigh laughs, dropping her head to his chest, her shoulders shaking
with laughter.)
No, this song's for you.
(He strokes her hair.
He leans in and whispers something to Calleigh.
She snaps her head up , her eyes open wide in disbelief.
She gives a mock gasp of shock.)
CALLEIGH: Horatio Caine!!
(He raises an eyebrow, smiling.)
You've got a mouth on you... I am so sorry, but I'll have to
decline...
(She makes as if to pull away, but Horatio gently pulls her back to him.
She shakes her head, still smiling.)
CALLEIGH: Try all you might, Handsome, no dice. You've coaxed me
this far, and there's nothing you can do...
(He suddenly dips, leaning close to her face.
Calleigh exhales slowly, her arms around his neck.)
You're smooth... really smooth. But all the...
(Horatio raises her back up, and now they're inches apart.)
CALLEIGH: All the smooth moves and smooth talk in the world couldn't
convince me otherwise... at least, not at work.
(Horatio sighs in defeat, dropping his head to her shoulder.)
CALLEIGH: You can't win 'em all.
(Horatio looks up.)
HORATIO: I did win something today...
(He puts his hand on her cheek.)
I saw you smile...
(Calleigh's smile grows bigger.)
CALLEIGH: Now, I've got so much paperwork, it's scary, so you
and your friend Marvin skidaddle, ya hear?
(Horatio laughs shutting off the tape player.)
You know, I might return the favour and fulfill your fantasy, Horatio.
(Horatio stops at the door, and turns back to her.)
HORATIO: You do, Calleigh... everyday you wear black.
(Calleigh smiles.)
CALLEIGH: Well, you know when I wear all-black...
(She steps up close to him, leaning close to him against the door
and whispering.)
I wear 'all'... black.
(She stares up at him, smirking devilishly
Horatio leans closer to her.)
HORATIO: I... will remember that.
CALLEIGH: You do that... and I...
(She pulls at his tie.)
Will remember last night for all my life, Handsome. You can count on
that.
(Horatio nods, giving her a quick kiss.
They share one last look, before they turn away from each other.
Horatio leaves the room, heading down the corridor, and Calleigh
returns to her coffee.)
(Cue music of 'Let's Get It On'.)
Cut to:
(Horatio humming the song in his office.)
Cut to:
(Calleigh humming the song in the break-room.)
Cut to:
(Split-screen, as Horatio and Calleigh dancing, singing, and laughing.)
Let's get it on, oh baby
Let's get it on
Let's love, baby
Let's get it on
Sugar, let's get it on
(FADE TO BLACK.)
There will be an update hopefully sometime next weekend. I'll be going off-line for an extended break, but I'll be writing like mad!!
DUCAINE FOREVER!!
