this is just a real mistake they did in Got Murder. When Catherine was going though the birds nest she tkes out a plastic baby toy but then when Grissom comes in its back in the nest

GE:"we found paint from your caddie on the shovel...oh..sh.!!!" *falls back onto floor*
JF:"you ok george?!!" *lauphs uncontrollably*
GE: *lauphs*
FS: *lauphs*
George gets up stands up chair "let's try this again" he says smilling embarissed.
