I bought Grave Matters today and I will start reading it after I finished the book I'm reading now (it's only 8 pages left so that won't take long) Can't wait! :D

I've read all but the latest of the CSI:LV books and I thought they were pretty good. I'm actually more of a "reader" than a "TV watcher" (I watch *maybe* four or fivr hours of TV a week, but I read for at least an hour everyday, unless I'm busy doing something like giving birth) so it's simply the storytellling format I prefer. I don't read/watch CSI:Miami stuff, but I'm looking forward to the CSI:NY book.
Max Allan Collins has my dream job. The guy basically gets paid to write fanfic.

I'm reading Grave Danger and I have a question about it. On page 215 it says that Catherine has killed twice on the job. I only remember her shooting Syd Goggle. When was the second killing.

The book is "Grave Matters." "Grave Danger" was the season 5 finale episode.

All previous novels were written by Max Allan Collins, and he has assisted with some of the graphic novels. I think he just wants to concentrate on the LV series. Currently in the works are:
CSI: Miami "The Body System" (Jan 2006) by Donn Cortez
CSI: New York "Dead of Winter" (Sep 2005) by Stuart M. Kaminsky

Which Las Vegas one would you all suggest? It sounds like Sin City is a favorite...

"Cold Burn" was my favorite. Grissom is out of his familiar surroundings in that one.

If anybody is a member of the Doubleday Book Club you can get Binding Ties for 7.19 and Demon House for 17.99. They won't count towards your "books to buy" contract commitment...they come up under the BookSearch Plus section. Those are the only two listed. Both are soft cover as well.

What's so special about Demon House? I don't see paying 18 bucks for a soft cover novel.

    Would anoyone recommend Binding Ties?
