Carmine Giovinazzo

When I heard it I thought 'loner' rather than 'loaner,' like maybe it was a street dog, but 'loaner' makes more sense.

But, you know, he could have decided that he needed to keep it...it was so damn cute!

I hope he does keep the dog - it's adorable. And I think that the resemblance comes from Danny's appearance thus far this season - a little on the scruffy side and in need of some lovin'. I can't figure out how the "lovin'" part relates to his actual appearance, but it works somewhere in my head. Where all weird things live.

Kimmy,I'm going to be reading that story!
Haha...I really can't help but imagine Papa Messer and Mac getting into it-Wild,wild west style...

Pardon me...But what dog?I don't remember any dog being mentioned in the first two seasons...
Is it in season three?Cos i won't know till early next year...
We're having reruns of season two here in Singapore...

I sincerely hope Danny isn't all heartbroken about Lindsay. Hopefully he'll wake up and realize he can do much, much better than an uptight, plain country girl. That pairing is pretty bizarre.

Kimmy, I'm looking forward to that story! :D I love the idea of Pappa Messer showing up. I have a feeling it would be nothing but trouble for poor Danny.

Yeah, up to now, I am NOT getting D/L. As much as I will myself to think openly and try to make sense of it, I can't find the point. A point of chemistry or connection might be helpful though -- since that's the only thing missing from it.

Anyway, Carmine is pretty good in the ugly cry scenes and the super emo moments. A face-off between Mac and Mr.Messer -- hmmm, it can get messy and interesting. I totally can see Danny trying to hold back his father from punching Mac in the face. Mac might collar Mr.Messer for something (mafia-related whatever) and he'll be so worked up about it and start mouthing off at Mac.

Danny and his utmost respect for his boss comes in between his father's rage and Mac's apparent calmness.

In episode 3x02 - Not What It Looks Like, Danny uses a dog in one of his experiments. And Stella and Hawkes joke about how much they resemble each other. Here he is.

Danny and the dog were so cute. But yeah, Carmine has a cat I believe. It's funny, though...I definitely see Danny as more of a dog person.

As for the confrontation between Mac and Papa Messer, I could see it getting heated! And Danny would be torn being in the middle. It would kind of be a no-win situation for him.

^The dog is cute...With a capital C...Hahah....
And yes..I do see Carmine as a dog guy....Not a cat guy...

A torn Danny..Isn't that the Danny we all know and love...
Okay...All this stuff about Papa Messer makes me want to see it,not imagine it!

I'd love to see Flack involved in the story line, too. He's always there for Danny, and he's usually the one Danny turns to. It could make for some great drama!

Yes, Carmine does have a cat, named "The Mook" I believe. I wonder if he named the cat after that character in "Big Shot: Confessions of a Campus Bookie" or if it's just a coincidence?

It was probably intentional. A lot of people name their pets after actors or celebs, or a memorable person.

^There's something oddly cute about a guy with a cat. I'm more of a dog person myself, but it seems like more guys are dog people than cat people.

I wonder if we'll ever see Danny's dog again. As long as we get Danny drama, I'll be happy.
