I've been asked about paper size by a couple people. Just a little point of clarification: I referred to the paper size as 8 1/2" x 11" because that's the size of a standard sheet of paper in the US. That's confusing because so many of you live outside the US. Most of the world uses a slightly different standard paper size -- A4. A4 will work perfectly. If that's what they you in your country, use that.

This week I had a lot of time to think at my ad.
I was alone for hours, doing nothing in a ticket office, the only friend in that small box was my cellphone.
When I opened it there was Carmine smiling, and I kept watching him sighing, thinking what to write in my ad :rolleyes:
I wrote some lines, but A4 sheet... I gotta write more!!! :eek:
And make a decent pic of me :rolleyes:

That is big and personal ads are generally fairly short. Don't worry about filling the whole page. You can take up space with pics of yourself or whatever you want. The whole page doesn't have to be filled though. Also, bear in mind that you can take up tons of space simply by writing big. "Call me" can fill an entire page if written big enough.

Another point of clarification because I've had a couple people ask me about the "no nudity" thing -- how much coverage does a bikini have to provide or how sheer can lingerie be, sort of questions. Let me clarify that. Essentially I don't want to give him any pornographic photos (racy is fine; Hustler-style 'money shot' not so much), but you can come as close to that line as you dare without crossing it. Pardon my bluntness, but in the clearest terms -- just make sure your nips and bush are covered. I don't really care how you cover them. With lingerie, your hands, the contents of a can of whipped cream, a photoshopped image of his tongue on your who-ha. :eek: Doesn't really matter. Just cover those parts.
