Anna/Lindsay #5: She Rocks!

We seem to have got some our Anna hopes for season 5 already, for wish I am very greatful. But as Anna is pregnant I think that we may see more of what we saw in Season 3. I.e. not so much of the phyically Kick Ass Lindsay, perhaps we will get to see Kick Ass lindsay just in a different way.

That's what I'm hoping for. Kick Ass Lindsay, no matter in which way. I just love her! :D

Oh, your comments make me even more excited now!! I can't wait to see the team's reaction. How will they react to the fact that Danny and Lindsay are going to have a baby? Exciting! And I'm also still very excited for the moment when Lindsay tells Danny she's pregnant. I also hope that TPTB will show us a lot of Lindsay's reactions to her pregnancy and to the fact she's going to be a mother. There's so much they can do with this storyline. I can't wait for it.

Kick ass Lindsay *sigh* How I miss the good old days with that. :) I think since Anna is pregnant we shall see it in a different way like you guys are saying. I personally think we shall see her outsmarting Adam and Hawkes in the lab again and a personal favorite of mine, seeing her in the interrogation room, totally pwning the suspect :D

It is time to see her outside of the lab and I hope we get it in next week's episode. :)

OK, I can't get over the fact that Lindsay is pregnant! Like you guys are saying so much good is going to come from this! Although, as much as this sounds interesting to me, the fact that when it comes out, it will be told from Danny's perspective. Why does Lindsay's pregnancy have to be all about Danny and him not being ready to be a father? I mean she is the one that is carrying the baby for goodness sakes! Plus she is the one that can't deal with mothers...

I don't know if we're still gonna have those issues with Lindsay, might be a little bit weird without looking at her own relationship with her mother. I rather think it's a little like the Reuben scenario, it's been dealt with and we're leaving it behind.

She couldn't face mothers due to her past, but I think some of the guilt may have been eased when testifying and putting that moron away. She has spent a big part of her life making sure that she gets mothers the justice they deserve and although it can't bring her friends back, putting Katums(? I'm too tired to check) away kinda gave her closure. In all honesty, I don't wanna see Lindsay having the whole - I can't deal with mothers so how can I be one - anymore than see Danny show even more guilt over the death of a child in his care.

It's not really character development, such seems to be regression. Natural concerns fair enough but let's not rehash old storylines too much, huh?

My rant is over. Sorry peeps

good rant Little_Pumpkin i see where you were going with what you said and i agree. i would have liked to see those situations happen but you're right at how it would be for the characters especially since they are trying to move forward.

i feel like such a pessimist like i can't wait to see this storyline happen for Danny and Lindsay but i feel like it could be bad. i'm just worried about the writting that's all but it seems like TPTB are all on board and they seem to be just as excited by it then we are

I understand your concerns MTC, kinda why I went off on the rant. Though I believe my problem is, once I get started I just don't stop.... :guffaw:

I'm trying not to underestimate the writers, after all they did give us SD.... And, contrary to what some people may think, bar her apology to Danny for him taking her shift, she didn't ever mention it again. Didn't make the whole thing to be about her, for that, the writers, I'm gonna go with you on this one.

*Yet another random, pointless post by Peaches! brought to you by a tempermental laptop and user ;)*

Sorry for interrupting. I just wanted to say- yesterday I finally watched Commuted Sentences here (and hey, even the dubbing was okay!). I was so happy to see the slingshot demonstration. :D It made me smile like an idiot. Lindsay rocks!

Back to the topic.

My hopes are that the writers think about how to write the pregnancy storyline the best. It can be a great way to show more of Lindsay's character. So please, make it a good storyline. Please.

Man, I completely forgot about Commuted Sentences and what the crime was. All I can remember is all of the Lindsay's moments. That's gotta mean something right?

I feel with the sort of renaissance that NY is going through, I am confident that they will be handle Lindsay's pregnancy with more grace than they have handled her other stories. :) Let see how well the writers handle this. I am getting more excited by the day :D

I was nervous but now I'm just gonna go with the flow, I am also getting more & more excited. Baby Messer is so gonna be the most loved child in all the world. He's gonna be soo cute too.

In all fairness Meg, the Lindsay scenes were fabulous, the teasing, the slingshot and majorly putting the suspect in her place. She truly does rock! ;)

Lindsay was great in Turbulence though we needed to see much more of her. She looked great too! I can't wait for Danny and Lindsay action! Here's some caps from Turbulence.

^^^Aww, thanks for posting the pics!! She looks so pretty, in all of them. And I like the shirt and the shirt with the jacket in the first picture. I would love if she had even more screentime, but I was already very happy with Lindsay's scenes from last episode.

I also hope we'll meet her family this season. The baby would be a great possibility for that. I'm so curious to learn more about them, and also if Lindsay has a brother or any other siblings. I can't wait!

I'm looking forward to the next episodes. :D

 That's true. To be honest, I felt the same when I watched the episode. The only thing I really knew about it was, that Lindsay shot with the slingshot. That was definitely one of my favourite scenes from that episode.

They are really cute pictures.

I am really looking forward to the whole story arc for Lindsay/Anna. I thnk that this is going to give her yet another side to her character.

One of my all time favourite Lindsay moments is at the end of Stealing Home when she goes to the prison to try to find out why the guy killed Sarah Butler. Fo me that was telling of Lindsay and her need to find the truth.

I am wondering if having the baby will bring this side of her back out more. For me to see more of that would be very interesting

^Uh oh! You brought up Brina's favorite episode! Stealing Home was an excellent episode for Lindsay. It was an episode that made one think about Lindsay's past and her situation with her parents. Also, on a more amusing note, I think she stole one of Stella's shirts, because HELLO cleavage! :guffaw:

Kristine, thanks for the pictures! I actually HAVE that shirt she is wearing, how awesome is that! And Brina I hope you do realize that jacket she is wearing in the first picture is a lab coat. ;)

I think the baby will bring out the protective side of Lindsay but I am not sure about the truth issue. That is something that has always been a part of who Lindsay is. It might encourage her to go back to Montana to confront and/or deal with her parents and possible siblings.

Oh, did I just hear Stealing Home? Do I even have to say how much I love this episode? It is wonderful! Very lovely! And a wonderful Lindsay episode. I agree, it give us the chance to see another side of her and to learn a little bit about her family. :D

I'd love to see the baby bringing out Lindsay's protective side. And her going to Montana to deal with her family would be interesting as well. I would like to see her with them, interacting with them. They want to make more personal storylines, right? This is the perfect opportunity for one.

Meg, are you serious? That is a lab coat? *blushes* I seriously thought that is a jacket.........

OH MY CHICKING CAULIFLOWER - MEG! YOU ARE SOOO LINDSAY'S TWIN!!!

:guffaw: I'm sorry people, I just couldn't resist :guffaw: And in fairness, Brina, Navy is a good colour for Lindsay. ;)

I can't wait for Lindsay's protective side either, never know, she may get a little gun happy with the old being pregnant situation. Montana, you wanna chill out and relax? No, I wish to get rid of as many bad guys as poss before Baby Boom! makes his arrival! Fair enough

Gun happy Lindsay period scares the shit out of me! Remember Boo? Pointing that weapon at Danny? A little premature if you ask me :guffaw: So seeing her pregnant and with a gun scares the shite outta me!
