Anna/Lindsay #5: She Rocks!

We can only keep our fingers crossed that they finally answer some of our many, many, many, (did I say many already?) questions about Lindsay, her love outside of work, her life pre NY and :wtf: is with her love life!

I see Lindsays relationship with Flack as one of best friends or like a brother/sister thing. I am hoping that between him, Mac and Stella they will be able to sort out the mess that is DL.

Me too. It feels like Flack is the older brother cause he's taller, lol, but he's much younger than Lindsay! Flack would look out for Lindsay though, just like he does for all his friends. He' great that way.

I totally agree...only but honest friendship and a sense of sibling rivalry going on between those two.

I was curious to see what Flack would say to Lindsay about the DL relationship. I mean we saw him goofing off with Danny at the basketball game about the relationship...how about we see him talking to her about it? Although I get the feeling that Lindsay would blow Flack off at first who tries to help her...especially since Flack is so close to Danny. Well maybe blowing off isn't the right word for it. Not want Flack to get involved maybe?

Where the heck was Stella during all this? I thought that maybe Lindsay would go to Stella to talk about this since they are confidants! Or at least I thought! I am not mad at Stella, more so at the writers for doing a horrendous job at trying to mess up the character of Lindsay!!! :angryrazz:

Poor Anna...*sigh*

I think that he would make a great older brother and best mate. He has loyality running through him. I get the feeling that Lindsay really needs a family kind of dynamic around her, which yet again makes me wonder about her family or lack thereof in Montana. They really need to fill in some of these blanks.

Maybe we could get to met uncle Freddie, but I don't think we will as like Louie he has not been seen or heard of since season 2.

I know what you mean Eveninstarz about her not wanting him to get involved. I think that he is not the type to be put off easy. I think he would find a way - espeically has he does have sister (who we will see in season 5).

Why would the writers be nice to us and give us answers? That is preposterous! :p

Although I would like to know more about Louie than Uncle Freddie because Louie was important to the character of Danny. Whereas Uncle Freddie? We just know that he exists and lives in an apartment that Lindsay did NOT want to live in

I think we should see Flack, Adam, Lindsay, and Hawkes all work together...see them all goofing off and then have Mac come in and bring everything back to a serious level  Then after they all leave Mac grins to himself knowing all along what was going on. OK that sounded convulted but it made sense in my mind!
Don't worry Meg, I know what you mean, and I agree, I'd love to see a with them all goofing off and Mac coming in and telling them to behave. It would be like a Dad telling off his kids... Gosh that would make a great scene, also like you, I'd like to see Lindsay with a social life and find out more about her family. :)

Aww yay! People understand me! I feel bad for Danny for making him not a part of this scenario but he has been a bad boy and needs to be on a time out

Mac telling anyone to behave is one of my favorite parts of the show except when it is done like it was with Lindsay...*sigh* More scenes of Lindsay displaying her knowledge to Mac without involving DL please?

I know, I know Silly me to think that we get some blanks filled in! ;) I get what you are saying re Louie. But the reason why I have an interest in Uncle Freddie is because he is the only one of here of her family (that we know of) in NY.

I can only remember 2 comments in the past 3 seasons about her family. In her first episode she was staying on Uncle Freddies couch until she found somewhere to live. I don't think that they have even mentioned whether she found somewhere to live yet - she could still be on his couch - Only kidding!:guffaw:Secondly, on her 16th she was given her mums old Pinto. I think that was in season 3 when she was bit by the snake. So to me we have no real idea about her family or how they effect her.

Oh yes please.

I'd love to see a with them all goofing off and Mac coming in and telling them to behave. It would be like a Dad telling off his kids... Gosh that would make a great scene

That would be sooo funny. I can just picture him doing it too.

If they do give Lindsay this more than one love interest this season maybe we will get to see her out of the lab

I was watching the second season of Law and Order SVU the other day, and imagine my surprise when, in the episode straight after the one with Eddie Cahill in it (yeah, that's why I was watching it ), there was an episode with Anna in it! I know you've probably all seen it or heard of it before, but I don't think I knew she had been in it. Anyway, she only had a small part but she was good, and it was a great episode (it's called "Manhunt"). I would recommend seeing it if you can. :)

Oh, I haven't seen it, what was her role in the episode? I must see if I can find a way to watch it, (usually don't watch Law and Order and the spin offs) but I would love to see her in it ;)

Isn't everyone's family on NY just a vague reference? :p
I mean we finally are meeting Flack's sister and we entered the fifth season! Or if we do get to meet the family...massive angst and injuries happen to them. For the safety of Lindsay's family, lets only hear about them in passing

I will have to keep my eyes open for those two episodes (Anna's and Eddies) bet they would be interesting.

That is quite true with the exeption of Mac, Danny and to some extent Stella.

It wouldn't hurt them to throw in a line sometimes like:-

Mac:- You got here quick
Lindsay:- Yeah I was already at the airport dropping my parents off for they flight home.

Or

Flack:- Nice of you to join us Linds, So who was the stud I saw you with last night?
Danny:- What guy, where was this?
Lindsay:- Stud  That was no stud, that was my brother

Short and quick to the point. I like it! The writers can do it, I have about 10% faith left in them!

:guffaw: I would love to see that last scenario with Flack and Danny! I see it more like Lindsay pretending to not know what Flack is talking about only in the end to confess that it was only her brother checking up on her. She doesn't want to have Flack check up on the brother and get some embarrassing stories of her childhood. That I am sure of!

Surely it can't be that hard to drop in a line or two sometime!;)

I thought the second one would be funny. I bet he would tell Flack some stories too :guffaw:. Hell he may just let slip a family nickname for her if he had enough beer. :guffaw::guffaw:

Oh gosh! Wonder what a good nickname for Lindsay would be? I mean Montana (as much as I love it) isn't very original especially if we are actually in the state! :D

Does anyone else wonder what she was really like before her friends were murdered? She seems like she would be such a fun girl to be around!

Could be worse, the usual nickname us short asses get is 'Little One' or if they're Scottish 'Wee Yin' such love!

Montana may not be original but it sure is cute. :D

Lindsay being told off by Mac is actually pretty easy going. She jumps in, apologies, says she was outta line etc... And Mac hits out with - I'm worried about you. That's not being told off. Most people get it tight from Mac and wanna go hide for a looong time, Lindsay gets a brush it under the carpet cause we know it ain't gonna happen again. Awww Mac! he's very lenient with her.

I don't know if I wanna see family nonsense, it does seem to draw away from the 'this is a crime show, not a bleeding soap opera' side of things. Family characters only get brought in for grief purposes only!

I figure Lindsay would've been fun too. Very outdoors girl, no Barbies. Play tag with the boys then shoot them with her slingshot when they get too close to her. :D
