Anna/Lindsay #5: She Rocks!

I am looking forward to see what they do with Lindsay this next season. I hope that the writers finally give her a story that they will follow through with properly. I would love to see her do some non DL drama/angst or get over involded with a case like she did with the Mermaid victim (forget the name of the episode).

Its time for her to shine:)
 
Well I have always thought she has shone brightly but now is her chance to do so even more ;)

The episode you are talking about LME is Stealing Home from the second season which happens to be Brina's very favorite episode :lol: That episode is the perfect example of what the writers need to do for Lindsay. Anna portrayed her so wonderful in that entire episode.
 
Thanks for that ;). I was so intriqued by her going to see the guy in the prison at the end of the episode, thought that they may have carried on her need to know why he did. But alas no!

I agree with you she does shine for me also, but it is time that they gave her something that she could stick her teeth into like they have with Mac, Danny and Stella Something that they will actually follow through this time.

I agree, they need to give Anna a really great storyline, one that can't be put on the backburner and forgotten about like most of her scenes are, they need to give her a storyline, that's going to blow all her haters out of the water and show them what a great actress she really is...
 
maybe Mac is protective of Lindsay for something we don't know about yet. maybe there was something in her file about psychological problems that stem from her past.... maybe it's a link to why she's been soo pissy and moody lately?.....

i like that Mac is protective of Lindsay, it's like he feels since she's not from the city there's something about her that needs protecting. Lindsay can hold her own we all know that from what little scenes we've seen of her being totally kick ass but she has that vulnerability and Mac sees that. i think it also comes from the fact that Lindsay really hasn't given him a hard time since she's been on his team and - not that anyone else on the team doesn't- it seems she has a lot more fun doing her job and he sees that. exp: doing experiments on him, being tough with a suspect, being passionate about knowing why the guy killed the girl in the park.
 
Don't get me wrong I like the Mac and Lindsay relationship! I just thought his protectiveness went a little more than boss and employee relationship. It is true that she probably gives Mac the least amount of headaches and problems...I think her incident in Like Water For Murder was one of the first at least as far as I can tell...

I don't think Lindsay has ever gotten herself trapped, blown up, or injured other than mentally right? No wonder Mac is so protective of her :lol:

:lol: I agree with you Meg, she really does cause him least headaches... I think the fact that he understands her and can relate to her also helps, he kind of treats her like a daughter figure... She's almost like the daughter he never had, I love their relationship, it's so sweet. I love how she was able to confide in him and Stella when she had to go and testify, they had a tender little scene where both Mac and Stella hugged her, it had a family feel. I'd like to see more scenes like that between them. :adore:
 
Oh! I loved that scene too Steph! The team really does care for her and in my opinion treat her like the little sister. Everyone is so protective of her, and as we have stated earlier, especially Mac. Although Danny does have his moments of being very protective as seen in NWILL. :p

I love her relationships with everyone on the show, which is unusual for me but, hey! I will most definitely take it! :D
 
I agree with you Meg, Lindsay does have great realtionships with everyone she works with, and that's not something you often see in tv shows... Aww well, it really is a good thing. I think Flack, Hawkes and Adam all treat her like a sister, however, I think Mac and Stella treat her like a daughter and Sid like a niece. ;) Just my opinion... :lol:

:lol: Well I should of been more clear...I thought the same thing as you! But in my mind I was seeing Hawkes, Flack, and Adam. Danny...well that is another story...that would be just plain wrong if he saw her as a sister :guffaw:

I don't know why it is that I love Mac and Lindsay scenes the most. To me Anna shines the most when she has scenes with Gary. And is at her lightest and most fun when doing scenes with AJ and Eddie. Chemistry at its hottest with Carmine of course :devil: There really hasn't been too many scenes of her with Sid which would be interesting to see as well. ;)
 
Oh gosh, just realised I added Danny to that... I'm going to edit that out... I don't think Danny sees her as his sister... :lol: Like you said, that would be plain wrong... :lol:

I agree, Anna's best scenes IMO are with Gary, they bounce off eachother (in a good way) and have some great scenes together. I also would like to see more scenes between Sid and Lindsay. Sid's best scenes I think are with Stella, but that's not for here... :lol:

I agree, I love the Mac and Lindsay scenes (not as much as I love the Danny and Lindsay scenes), because I love the way Mac smiles when he works with Lindsay. Like in Stuck On You, when she shot with the bow. It was adorable. And I agree, I loved the scene where Stella and Mac hugged her. It really looked like a family.

I'm really hoping that next season we're going to have some more scenes between Mac and Lindsay, they seem to bring out the best in eachother, their scenes together are always great, I'd also love to see some more scenes between them like the one when she had to leave to testify, that was so sweet. :adore:

She does have some very memorable scenes wuith the team. the hug is one of my favourites. I also like the scene with her and Hammerback when he tells her that Danny calls her that because he has a cruch on her - that was such an ahhhh moment:adore:

Yes! I loved the scene. And I agree. It's always great to see them together. I also always have the feeling Mac seems to be more relaxed when she's around. So yes, more scenes of Mac and Lindsay working together would be very nice.

Aww, yes! Another one of my favourites. I loved how Sid told her he calles her Montana because he has a crush on her. And her expression after that was adorable!
