Guys, do you ever think that McKeane paid the red hair girl to distract Nick, so he can get Warrick alone in the car, so he can killed him? I don't know why I got this feeling and I hope I'm wrong. I don't think the girl is going to last on the show much longer. Depend if the fans like her or not.

Well i can't speak for all fans but I think its fair to say in this forum (and the Ward) - The fans don't like!

Hard to like girl who flirted with Nick and in the same time Warrick died. I think that was only instance (I hope so).

I want in 9 season different pairing... No, this waitress can't stay in show.

Plus he's doesn't use a lot of good judgment. As Leslie Sobell wrote in Television Without Pity and I paraphrase her, "You'd think a guy whose been thrown out a window and had a gun put to his head twice would use a little more caution rather then trip tropping down dark alley unescorted by police."

I LOVE her reviews!!! That GD one says something about Grissom raising an ant army to take over the lab...cracks...me...up! I wish she was still writing them.

Anyways, in regards to Nick. It's really kind of upsetting me that it seems everyone is blaming Nick for what happened to Warrick, just because he is flirting with a waitress.

Exactly! I'm not understanding that at all. And they keep referring back to "Built to Kill" when he left Catherine at the club. Gosh, I guess he should have escorted Sara into the parking garage after work that night too.

Non Ward fans have to remember that Nick offered to take Warrick out for a beer. Warrick declined. Point stops there. Anyways as someone else pointed out Warrick's car was in the alley. We didn't see Nick's. So supposing Nick's was at the front and even if they left together to go get their separate cars it still wouldn't have made a difference. I think some of these people that are blaming Nick are also the ones that probably don't like Nick. And as much as it pains me to say it there are fans of the show out there that don't like Nick.

I couldn't have said it better Smokey!

I don't think it's really a case of blaming Nick, insomuch as Nick will probably blame himself...

And he does have a pattern with women that would be amusing if it wasn't so disturbing. Nick+random girl=harbinger of doom!

Poor guy, it's not his fault.

Absolutelly agree. It's not his fault at all. Nobody knew that Mcknee will wait for Warrick... :(

I think that Nick will blame himself and that is enough, you can't exactly blame him when he didn't do anything, he isn't Warrick's minder and therefore it's wasn't his fault, his job isn't to look after Warrick... I'm sure Warrick wouldn't have blamed Nick, and therefore other people shouldn't... Sorry for the rant, I'm just annoyed that Nick is being blamed for something he had nothing to do with...

I think people are dumping on Nick only because he's always been the guy to dump on or have issues. I just think Nick is now so much more matter than he was in season 1 that he will be ok. Unfortunately for Nick, some people always feel that if your from the US south you're going to be dumb and stupid so we can dump on you. Nick is my no means that but unfortunately it's stereo typing at work.

Just doing some searching on George and for some unknown reason other than courtesy I goggled Vivian Baker and came across this from the Texas Dept of Agriculture. I just thought I would share :)

i feel like her part was reduced between spoilers and the actual episode. she had a name in the credits (at least the ones posted here) but never had a speaking part. they usually dont give a role like that a name. i feel it would be a very slim chance we see her ever again. but who knows what they will do. everything is just speculation at this point. plus its hard to judge an actor or character on less than 5 seconds of screen time ;)

its really stupid. no offense to people who want to blame nick but come on. warricks a big boy, he doesnt need someone to hold his hand and walk him to his car. the undersheriff was shady and knew theyd find him, hed get warrick one way or another. but, nick is the kind of guy who will probably blame himself even though there was nothing he could have done. just like warrick felt gulity that he didnt go to the crime scene in grave danger, but it was just random that couldnt have been predicted.

Just a funny story here.

We're boarding a dog named...Nicky Stokes--no seriously that is his name..not the family name..but someone loves Nick as much as we do and named their spaniel dog Nicky Stokes because he's got beautiful brown eyes.

Nice dog, except he hated me the first day until I fed him some cookies now he just hates the dog across from him-a Labradoodle named Farley Doodle-I'm serious about that too..people don't pick normal names for the pets.

So everytime I take Nicky Stokes out for his walk, I have to step in between him and Farely Doodle's cage because if I don't Nicky goes tearing over to the cage and fight with the other dog. I can't put them in cages next to each other because then they snarl at each other through the bars all day. It's quite funny.

I say, "Nicky you're not like your namesake you're such a rude dog."

He just looks at me ashamed and walks to the corner of the cage and sulks.

Personally, I think Farley Doodle causes the fights. He's kind of the Kevin Federline dog.

Now we need a dog named Warrick to come and I can recreate the fight scene, but I'd probably get in trouble because Nicky Stokes would probably kill Farley Doodle (Kevin Federline).

Spaniels are contrary dogs anyways.
