 You are really lucky I would love to see Gary play but thats one of the problem's with living on the other side of the pond. I've heard them though and I think they would be great Live- I would definatly get tickets. It would be great if you could take pics but you don't want to spoil the enjoyment of it al with fidling with a camera

Well, I had the opportunity last year, but things didn't work out for me. I said if Gary and the band came back here I would definetly be going. And this time, I'm pretty sure I am!

catey1234, I've seen them twice and they are fantastic! I even dragged my friends with me the last time and they are all going back this year!
Are you seeing them in Niagara Falls? If so, I know that cameras are not allowed however some people have managed to get a few pictures and we got a couple and some very short videos before someone told us to stop (it was the usher who was way off to the side. The security guy in front of us couldn't have cared less, lol!)
I hope you definitely get to go. You'll enjoy it!

Yep, that's where they are going to be. I didn't know until last year until a couple of weeks before the show, and while tickets were still available, I couldn't arrange to go. This year, I'm more prepared!

Excellent! You'll have fun for sure. My friends and I will be there on the 29th, oddly in the same seats as last time, lol!

If I'm going, it will be the 29th also! I've never been in there, so I don't know how good the seats are,(row 8,seat1 on the FLL level). I think it will be a fun time, by the sounds of it, and I can't believe I'll get to see Gary!

Wow, you guys that are going to see the Lt. Dan band are soooooooooo lucky. :)

I just watched Mission to Mars for the first time. OMG, Gary's sooooooooooooo cute and hot in that. :) Lots of lovely arm porn, eye porn, and a lot of lovely smiles but also some angsty moments. It's funny, but Jim made me think of Mac. Not just because his wife's dead too, and like Mac he still wears his ring, but also because in that scene where Luke is telling them about the sound waves, he says 'it's always three, three, three' which made me think of Mac's 3:33 thing!
It was lovely to see Gary smiling so much! The man has such a wonderful smile... *le sigh*
I thought the movie would be crap except for Gary's scenes, but actually I liked it quite a lot. It has humor, drama, angst and some very sweet moments. :)
*jumps into rocket/spaceship to go flying away with Jim McConnell. I can think of some fun things to do in that part of their ship where there is no gravity...*

Woopie another convert. I love this movie its one of my all time favs....every time its on I re watch it.. I love Gary in it. I love the angst and the smiles and the arms...*THUD*

One of the guys I work with is a Sci Fi nutt and he loves the film.

I've seen them several times as well, and they really put on a great show! I had a blast seeing them, and luckily the venues I was at allowed photography, so we got some great pics of Gary and the band.

Enjoy the concert, catey1234 and GuelphGal! :)

I just got some stuff through the door from Amazon, Got 'It's The Rage'

i dont know if anyone has seen it...but you guys need to see it...i would say it's 100% his funniest role!
And possibly his hottest!

IM OFFICIALLY IN LOVE WITH MR MORGAN!

Totally thee sexiest man alive!

Ooh yeah, I love that movie too. Mr Morgan is a bit (um, I mean VERY) paranoid and weird, but in a really sweet way. There's a scene where he's lying down playing a GameBoy or similar, I could just climb on top of him and (CENSORED) Wow, he's hot (or maybe it's just my fetish for men in glasses - nah, it's cos he's hot) Oh, and on the Making Of he's wearing a Snake Eyes baseball cap and this oversized T-Shirt ("That's way too big Gary, just take it off and I'll go find you one that fits... eventually")

I'm in a giddy mood today, there's a copy of Impostor in my bag and based on the pics on here it's going to be GOOOOOOOOOOOD. Watched Mission to Mars over Christmas too - mmm, that blue T-shirt *sigh*

ETA Anyone who hasn't seen The Stand yet - DON'T watch it while suffering from flu. It's twice as scary.

^^ lol!
i have watched the stand, i got a cold a week later and i was all "OMG! I'm gonna need Gary...he needs to save me! h knows how to liveeee!"

i was panicking a little...hhehehe

Seren, the blue t-shirt in Mission to Mars is definitely *sigh* -worthy, it's up there with Mac's black t-shirts and George's wifebeater.

FB - yes, I'm a convert. I love Jim, and the movie is a great mix of angst, smiles and ARMS. I just wanted to hug him in the angsty parts. Well, ok, I wanted to do more than hug him...

Talking about Snake Eyes, I've only seen it once when it was on TV, but Gary is yummmmmmmmy in that uniform.

I think Gary plays men in uniform soooooooo well - Mac, Lt. Dan, Jim McConnell, his character in A Midnight Clear (which I've only seen once, before being part of the Gary madness, so I couldn't fully appreciate him at the time) and Snake Eyes.

Uniforms *sigh* almost as hot as no clothes at all, and he avoids the F-word in Snake Eyes too (OK, so one was obviously dubbed out but kudos to whoever decided to do that!)

Watched Impostor last night, the one I have is the "Director's Cut Extended Edition" although at 98 minutes it can't have been very extended. Has anyone seen both? I'd love to know exactly how much extra Gary I got! He spends a lot of time shirtless towards the beginning, LOVED the shower scene - spent a lot of the time yelling at the cameraman though "Lower! LOWER!". He easily kicks Warrick and Delko's rear ends ;) Nice little 6th Day reference too, with the mirror.

MacsLady, I am SO jealous that you've seen A Midnight Clear! I'm desperate to see that! Is it true that you see, um, everything?

Seren, I think there is a scene where you see everythig, and I think there were pics on here a while ago, but it might have been another thread.

With all the work Gary's done for the military/USO, I wasn't exactly surprised to hear what I swore was Gary's voice doing the Go Army commercials on television. Can anyone confirm that it IS indeed him doing the speaking for their newest ads?
