George/Nick: Texan Charm #11

I had seen a little note in a review about this movie online too. I think Quentin and George both set the standard for this type of film, and they can't be topped!

 

"Just a few" favorite Nick moments? No such thing! :lol: But I'll try. I'll go for the big ones, I guess...

• Grave Danger
• Gum Drops
• Turn, Turn, Turn
• Meat Jekyll
• Shock Waves
• 11 Angry Jurors
• Lost and Found
• For Warrick

I guess those are episodes, not moments, but what can I say? :lol: They are full of great moments.

 

Okay, actual moments....I realized that I had put together somewhat of a list for someone a while back, so here is part one of that. :lol:

Season 1

• Pledging Mr. Johnson - In the locker room with his shirt off.
• Who Are You? - Held at gunpoint.
• Anonymous - He and Warrick each going over their theories in the breakroom.
• Unfriendly Skies - Calling Warrick "Buttercup".
• Boom - Thanking Catherine for proving him innocent.
• Evaluation Day - Explaining to Grissom why he became a CSI.
• The Strip Strangler - Getting scared by the reporter in the closet.

Season 2

• Burked - With the dog outside the gate.
• Overload - Telling Catherine about being molested as a child.
• Organ Grinder - Telling Grissom that no investigation for the dead is worth hurting the living.
• Burden of Proof - Talking to the kid about masturbation.
• Primum Non Nocere - Final scene where he sits down with Warrick and says he's playing cards with his friend.
• Stalker - The whole episode! :lol: Okay, maybe flying out the window or being held at gunpoint by Nigel.

Season 3

• Let the Seller Beware - Taking his shirt off by the pool.
• Fight Night - Explaining "night of the piflings" to Grissom.
• Last Laugh - Bathtub scene with Sara.

Season 4

• Eleven Angry Jurors - Telling Grissom he doesn't care about the promotion.

Season 5

• Viva Las Vegas - Doing Elvis..."Thank you very much" in the lab.
• What's Eating Gilbert Grissom? - Telling the team he recognizes the font from the Erotica Boutique.
• Snakes - Listening to CDs on the floor in the lab. Chasing the guy in the club at the end and yelling in Spanish. And pretty much any other scene. :lol:
• King Baby - Telling Warrick about his "woobie". Going with Grissom to the adult/baby store.
• Compulsion - Telling Cavalier at the end that he's "sorry...that you feel that way".
• 4x4 - Putting his hand on the boy's head in the morgue.
• Grave Danger - Pretty much anything! :lol: But maybe saying goodbye on the tape and then the rescue scene.

 

How many scenes have you ladies chosen that involve Nick either shirtless or emotional? :lol:

What would you do if he cries while shirtless?

Some actual moments for happy_me_111.

Season 1
Blood Drops - When he first see's the one dead boy and punches the wall.
Unfriendly Skies - playing Mr. & Mrs. on the plane with Warrick; the team talk at the end.
Sounds of Silence - using the lasers to track the bullets in the coffee shop.

Season 2
Primum Non Nocere - "Playing cards with my friend" (the end with Rick)
Stalker - in the observation room at PD watching Nigel

Season 3
Revenge is best Served Cold - the race with Catherine in the desert
Let the Seller Beware - could take watching that pool scene a couple of dozen times a day :lol:
Inside the Box - when he puts the laser in the back of the dummy and you can tell from the look on his face that he's thinking of Lockwood.

Season 4
11 Angry Jurors - the end between him and Grissom where he tells Grissom he's not like him
Dead Ringer - at the ATM machine when he finds the mini camera
Turn of the Screws - "I am the man" when processing the wrenches

Season 5 (this is the long one! :thumbsup
Swap Meet - lunch with Warrick on the curb
Who Shot Sherlock? - Mr. Wiggles :lol:
King Baby - processing the 'baby' room
Snakes - the whole thing!
4x4 - processing the dead kid in the morgue
Grave Danger - when he first wakes up in the coffin

Season 6
Bodies in motion - freaking out when the buggy crawls on him
Shooting Stars - having to go underground
Gumdrops - at he picnic table when Sara's talking to him; at the end with Cassie
Rashomama - when he see's his truck

Season 7
Toe Tags - explaining to the wife why her husband died
Fannysmackin' - punching K-Fed
Big Shots - interrogation with Drops - "Bad hair day" :lol:

Season 8
A La Cart - go cart racing at the end
Grissom's Divine Comedy - Sick Nick processing the burned out car
Drops Out - Nick, Brass, Drops - any scene the 3 of them are in

Season 9
For Warrick - going after McKeen; Warrick's funeral
The Grave Shift - sharing the office; Hodges brings in Mr. Piggy
Turn Turn Turn - The end with Ray in the locker room

Season 10 (another long one)
Family Affair - very first scene, picking up his spider
Death and the Maiden - end with the kid that was molested
Lover's Lanes - team bowling
Appendicitement - the whole thing
Internal Combustion - processing the street with Greg
Neverland - the scene like in 4x4 where he's processing the kid in the morgue
The Panty Sniffer - at he private lingerie show (the embarasment)
Lost & Found - the scenes with Conner :adore:
Meat Jekyll - kills Jekyll

Season 6

• Bodies in Motion - Freaking over a bug at the crime scene. Talking to Grissom about the "flying car" theory.
• Shooting Stars - Having to go down into the bunker.
• Gum Drops - Telling Sara "I was rescued". Final scene with Cassie.
• Daddy's Little Girl - The "It's over" scene with Grissom.
• Poppin' Tags - With Warrick chasing the kid who then pulls a gun on Warrick.
• Rashomama - Having Wendy cut his shirt off in the lab.
• Bang Bang - "Sweet Apple Pie" scene with Warrick.

Season 7

• Toe Tags - Telling the woman that her husband's killing was random.
• Fannysmackin' - Punching K-Fed.
• Leaving Las Vegas - Hugging Grissom.
• The Good, the Bad, and the Dominatrix - Nearly getting hit by a car and then helping the guy out.

Season 8

• Dead Doll - Thinking about Sara and remembering the "I was rescued" scene. Finding Sara and running to her.
• A La Cart - Chasing the guy at the go-kart place. At the end, asking Grissom if he wants to ride.
• You Kill Me - Any of those scenes with him and Warrick.
• Cockroaches - Confronting Warrick about his drug use.
• Drops Out - Any scene with him, Method Man, and/or Brass.
• For Gedda - Diner scene at the end where he and Warrick talk.

Season 9

• For Warrick - In the alley after Warrick's death. Confrontation with McKeen where he almost shoots him. At Warrick's funeral.
• Let It Bleed - Chasing the suspect through the building.
• Say Uncle - Talking down the woman with the gun. Having Hodges help search for evidence.
• Woulda, Shoulda, Coulda - Playing mailbox baseball with Hodges in the garage.
• One to Go - Goodbye with Grissom saying he was his best student.
• The Grave Shift - Showing Ray how to fingerprint. Scene with Ray and Super Dave with the crispy body and Ray's tie.
• Turn, Turn, Turn - Talking/Crying to Ray at the end in the locker room.

Season 10

• Ghost Town - Standoff with the man at the end where Nick takes the little girl.
• Death and the Maiden - Talking to the guy in jail at the end and giving him his card to call if he needs to talk.
• Lovers Lanes - Bowling with the team at the end...little dance.
• Appendicitement - All of it!
• Internal Combustion - Racing in the garage with Catherine.
• The Panty Sniffer - Cheerleaders are his weakness.
• Irradiator - Scene with little girl in the beginning.
• Lost and Found - Finding the dead boy with Ray. Getting Connor's DNA by giving him suckers. Carrying Connor back to his mom.
• Meat Jekyll - Getting shot and then killing Jekyll.
