Who Here is Going in to Forensic Science?

in Canada in BC on Vancouver Island the cops don't do anything my friend and her family got threatened to kill them the cops said they didn't to make an attempt to kill them or psychically hurt them before they can help and then my moms friends house got broken in to and the cops could find out who did it so they came up with a theory that they broken into their own house and burnt down in their car cops are jerks and never listen and when they can't come up or close the case they blame the victims why can't cops be nice like you see on TV

I think that it depends.
Here in the UAE (United Arab Emirates), some you find value the Badge they carry and others just simply misuses it to have a sense of authority. Which is unfortunate.

I cheer for the good guys....Dad being one of them...Crime Investigator

I'd probably like to become a forensic engineer. im currently studying ballistics. The only problem, is that where I live (France) , you have to be a sworn officer, to be from the country (seeing as I'm english, it excludes me), and you get paid pennies...which I have ot sayd, put's me of a little. In England, it'd a bit better, but still not great. I think being a forensic researcher is rather going to be my path...Look out for me in a few years for the nobel prize!!! (I've never been very modest*...)

Hang in there...all you need is determination and hard work and you might win Nobel prize...why not ;).

There is no harm in being driven by such passion.
