^ yes, it will be very interesting and curiosity to see in S5 how will act and respond the 'new' guys in the lab when Y come back like det. Salas 
if csi miami writers have keep theirs spoiler for Ray Jn that he is join the police force in Brazil, it will be a lot fun to see Ryan take Ray in the work field for some lessons :lol: somewhere in the net i have read that this S5 will take more look/place at the characters development/story lines and hope (not a lot) that Y will have a more screen time like in epi 'Rio' or this H new enemy in November epis to be related with his 'family'.

Horatio would be such a good teacher for the boy.
but I think Yelina won't be happy if her son joins the police force.
I really wonder what she's doing at the moment. Does she have money to buy staff like groceries? Does Ray go to school in Miami? How old is he? What do you think?

I also wonder what Yelina is doing inge. I imagine she is able to look after herself financially, but we have so little to go on, who knows! It wouldn't surprise me at all that when she reappears on the show, we find out that H has been checking in on them to see if they are okay on a fairly regular basis. Maybe that is wishful thinking on my part, but it's possible.
If they are in Miami, I'm sure H would visit them. There could well be things going on in the background that don't feature on the show. Sounds good in my head, anyway!

The funny thing is on the pics i saw her son and he is a cuty and changed very much but Yelina stayed the same that is funny he grown so quick.. im ready to see that epi but im still waithing for them to air it here in the netherlands..

of course Horatio visits them regulary. He cares about his familiy.
but I don't think that Yelina would let Horatio support them financially.
She's too proud to accept money from other person, even it's Horatio. (but that's my opinion)

other explanation why H voice is so low this last epis from S5 is coz he go with Ray Jn on fishing weekend and have get a little cold :lol: maybe after this Y make some tea for him :devil:
i too think that as much as out of character is now H, he won`t let his family without care. yes Y is too proud to take money for him, but H can give them to Y`s mom...or to help Y and Ray Jn to move theirs stuff from Brazil in Miami...probably in new house...in epi 'HA' H have find safe place for them, even offer Y some help with her roof....why not to do the same thing

I thought there was something wrong with Yelina's voice too it felt to me that she had a cold.. You especially hear it at the sentence "He says he only collects payment .. I don't believe him."
Anyhow about the financial part of Yelina, I don't think she's struggling and if she is, she won't go to anyone. She would just rejoin the police force Let's hope she does that :d

As to her voice in that ep...I think it was more her demeanor altogether. In my journal I was complaining "Who is this weak, whispery-voiced creature?! What happened to the woman who gave Rick a black eye?" Every time she speaks she just seems subdued, like she has no control over anything, when I'd always had the impression that she was a very strong woman. It's disconcerting. And also why we need to see her in more episodes. :devil: Lots more episodes...re-establish her character.
Yep, the Caine men have finally driven her to despair!
Her voice did sound a little strange too, but as to her being weak, I didn't get that impression to be honest. In a sense, the situation was out of her hands. It took strength of character to go to Miami and find Ray.
