The other day, my laptop was on the desktop screen when my mum arrived. It had this rather sexual pic set as the screen saver thing.

What did my mother ask?

'WHY HAVE YOU GOT A DAVID GEST PICTURE ON YOUR COMPUTER??'

Oh. My. God. I am so sorry. I am failing the spreading of the Billy word. I was betrayed so, by my own mother!

If you wish for me to hand back my membership of this thread, I will, and I'll shuffle away into the darkness from whence my family, especially my mother, clearly came... *sobs*

you know what, David Gest haunts my world. People kept saying that Rafa Benitez looks like him as well, which mortified me. Cos being a Liverpool fan, I love our little cuddly Rafa.

I think the answer is Brit - disown your mother. Drastic I know, but she needs to learn the hard way.

Sadly not, eggy, no, Gameface, I don't think disowning my mother is drastic at this stage in the game. She even had me scurrying through WH Smiths, a few months ago, saying she had found a CSI book. I pushed pensioners aside to reach it only for her to hold it up and say, 'Isn't this your Grisham?' and hold up a pic of Horatio...
