Well I guess I could deal with the whole Lindsay going crazy and bad acting only if it were a one time thing where she just explodes. And up until that point she's more or less in the background And I would be all for a DBF :lol:

Sid!!!!!!1! I always knew the Poms had class and taste when it came to adorably eccentric guys. I can't say as I notice any sort of meaningful omission. It all looks correct and above board to me.
I would love to see the psycho-Lindsay storyline. It would justify her erratic behaviour, her lack of empathy, and the fact that small children are scared of her (they can usually tell when something is ... off). If Frankie can just turn psychokiller with no real build up at all, why not Lindsay.
Death by Flack sounds like an appropriate end for her. Hell, the thing practically writes itself.

I wholeheartedly agree...but she doesn't deserve more than a moment of Flack's attention for the deed....nothing that involves a smidge of being personal, like, say strangulation, no no no she doesn't deserve to have his hands anywhere near her....I'm cheering for a well placed sniper shot in the EGO, that should kill the character stone dead...

No, but really, lack of empathy is the trait that all psychopaths share. We haven't seen many emotions from her so this could actually be very likely. She's probably narcisstic and histronic too.

I was thinking of a bullet behind her eyes myself. Possibly she is threatening Danny (very in keeping with his damsel in distress persona :lol: ) and Flack bursts in to take her out. No touching required.
I love the results of the personality test, Distraction. Not at all surprised that she rated Very High on the Narcissistic scale. She certainly displays many narcissistic personality traits: lack of empathy, feelings of superiority, she finds it difficult to pay attention to others, requires excessive praise/attention, and is sometimes thoughtless and irresponsible. She does also seem to feel persecuted out of proportion to the event (such as being asked to go to the lab in "Manhattan Manhunt" and her bitching in "Oedipus Hex"). So yeh, she's a total basketcase. :lol:
Ironically, Frankie's behaviour, especially in the last two episodes he appeared in, was almost textbook Narcissistic Personality Disorder. While they feel their needs are being met, they can be quite friendly and charming. However, sufferers do not like criticism at all and can take rejection very badly indeed. They cannot maintain long term relationships due to the constant, and in the end, impossible demands they place on their partners.
Why am I not surprised that Lindsay's highest rating in your quiz was for "Narcissistic," Distraction? :lol: :lol: :lol: She really is so self-involved. Based on that list, it's not so hard to imagine her going psycho. :lol: I really think that would be the most daring way to get rid of a character this side of an elevator shaft! :lol:

I was just looking through some articles on Canadian living and I came across this article called "How to spot a psychopath". I though all the signs on how to spot one were the greatest. I bolded the important parts that I personally thought really applied to our friend Lindsay in case you don't want to read it all.
• Pity play: Psychopaths use our sympathy because we blindly believe they deserve it. "Consistently bad or egregiously inadequate behaviour with frequent plays for your pity is as close to a warning mark on a conscienceless person’s forehead as you will ever be given," says Martha Stout, a clinical psychology instructor at Harvard Medical School.
• Manipulative: Emotional puppeteers to the core, psychopaths love to make people jump, "even if it’s not to their benefit," says Stout. "If you’re left wondering why, or thinking there was no sense in what happened, that’s a red flag."
• Parasitical: Whether they use charm and manipulation or the pity play to meet their needs, "they prefer living off the work of others rather than their own efforts," says Robert Hare in Vancouver, a world authority on psychopathy.
• Deceitful: Big or little, deception is a tool of the trade. "Their lies are always woven with a thread of truth," warns Hare, "which, if questioned, they indignantly point out in their own defence."
• Charming: Compelling and charismatic, psychopaths are mesmerizing, like predators before the kill.
• Conceited: Psychopaths "think they’re the next step in evolution," says Hare, and they let it show with arrogance, boasting and undermining those around them.
• Not to blame: Not only do they never accept culpability, but psychopaths will also manufacture proof that puts others at fault.

A lot of those qualities describe Lindsay. She's definitely manipulative--witness what she pulls on Danny in "Oedipus Hex." That could be described as a 'pity play' too--as could her histrionics in "Silent Night." Conceited? Hello, "I'm awesome!" anyone???
She did act like she was to blame in "Snow Day," but it was the totally wrong moment to bring it up and it really came off as her once again making it All About Her.

^^ Interesting, and scarily possible. While that quiz is a tad on the inaccurate side, they have actually set Lindsay up so if they did follow this dark path, it would work.
A lot of her behaviour is typical of those with mental illnesses and the "Narcissistic" behaviour we see makes me wonder.... you think they would? :lol: Interesting route, I don't think a CSI show has gone down it before (save for PTSD).
