I know we've had a similar thread in the past, but rather than dig up something old, I say we start fresh with this one. I think it would be good to have a poll, though, so maybe I'll open a poll and then merge the two threads...Hopefully I don't screw anything up. :lol:

Pretty self-explanatory topic. Which of the CSI series is your favorite? Have your opinions changed over time? If so, tell us how.

I'm a huge fan of all the CSI shows!If I had to pick the best one I would probably choose CSI because of Gil Grissom,the greatest character in tv.

NY is ok, sometimes I'll watch the reruns, and Miami I don't hate it but I never could get into it

I picked a tie between CSI:NY and CSI:Miami.

As it stands though, since all three series in my view have gotten pretty tired, I'm only watching Miami principarly just to see where it goes before it dies a horrible death on Sundays. :lol: I love it, I really do, but my fonder memories are of the *"forgotten seasons" (seasons 1-2) and therefore Miami is still my favourite.

*Seriously, ask any member of TPTB what happened back then and they'll probaby scratch their heads and say "Marisol?"

The original of course.The writing is the best and despite of all changes the chemistry is still there.I do watch Miami but not every week...

NY. Even though it goes downhill recently, I love it. The original is always good but I don't watch it regularly.

CSI: NY, despite the inconsistencies the past season. Aside from overall good writing, the characters are always interesting, well-developed and integrated in the show.

My second favorite is CSI: LV. The writing is consistently good but some characters are not well-developed or left behind while someone is dominating.

It's a very close fight. I love them both. But I gave my vote to CSI: LV for being the best this season.

CSI:NY, without a doubt. Even after S6, it's still far past the others.

Not that CSI Original Flavour doesn't deserve its shoutout, because for me they've always been that bar that the others could never measure up to; therefore, my once-favourite and the only one I'd watch for the longest time. Until NY completely started passing that bar one day :lol:

The original series is still the best. It has the better storylines and the most interesting characters. New York and Miami are also fun to watch, but not as fun as Las Vegas. Even after 10 seasons, I can still watch the episodes over and over again and not be bored!
