I get totally hooked by the books of a english writer: Sophie Kinsella and her Shopaholic books  guys if you had time , read thos books, they are just awesome...I love the main character, Rebecca.

I'm about to read "can you keep a secret" from Sophie Kinsella too (there will be a movie soon featuring Kate Hudson)

EDIT FOR DUCKY: lol btw there are two letters in Finnish on the first book so i was wondering if you could translate some to me....pretty please **makes puppy eyes**

EDIT 2: gosh i have a big doubt, are you from Finland?

I'd love to have those translations too. I've been able to understand only a few words (alas, couldn't I study Finnish along with Norwegian and Swedish?)

I totally love them! And I can't wait for the next one. Besides, Becky's attitude is totally hilarious... It's impossible not to love these books.
I haven't read Can You Keep A Secret yet, but I've read Undomestic Goddess and I liked it, though not as much as the Shopaholic series.
I recommend them to everyone, they're worth a read. You'll become addicted.

I'm reading... "The Hobbit" by J.R.R. Tolkien, "Life of Pi" by Yann Martel, "A Game of Thrones" by George R.R. Martin, and hopefully, soon, "Riptide" by Donn Cortez and "Snake Eyes" by Max Allan Collins.

I'm probably the only one who can multi-read books.

I just got done reading "The Devil Wears Prada" by Lauren Weisberger. It was really good, kinda slow at parts, but funny.

And now I'm reading "FBI Killer" by Aphrodite Jones.

I had to read that book for a class. Stic with it; it's pretty good for Victoriana.

I'm reading The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy - all six novels condensed into a ginormous book.

    either way works for me.

Finnish is so much different from Swedish and Norwegian. Swedish is easy as hell :p (tho I've forgot it a lot since not using it because no need to study it anymore)

I've only read a few Stephen King books. From A Buick 8 was...weird, I must say  I tried to get into the Dark Tower series, and found the Gunslinger good but had difficulties with the second book (can't remember the title). Has anyone read the whole series?

Stephen King's early stuff is really good, I loved Christine, Carrie, and It. But his scariest movie was the one that had the potential to be the most real: The Stand - made into a TV miniseries starring Gary Sinise ;)

I also tried to read the Gunslinger series but the second book put me off of it. I just couldn't get into it at all.
