Has anyone read Chill of fear by Kay Hooper? I found the book in the train yesterday, so I took it home with me :p Hey! Founders keepers, losers weepers :p But can anyone tell me whether it's actually worth reading?

I just started Red Dragon by Thomas Harris, so far it's all right but nothing spectacular. I can only hope that it gets better as you get further into the book.

Shortly I will be reading Fallen Angel by Dan? Synder. It is based on the tv movie with Gary Sinise.

I'm reading Wives and Daughters by Elizabeth Gaskell. It's slow going though,

I've read all of Kay Hooper's pschic FBI department novels,JayneEmilysRealm and they're not bad. After a while, they sort of become the same thing though... Maybe don't read too many of them in a row!

I read that book some years ago - I couldn't stop laughing in some parts  Take my advice, don't read it on a bus or any other public place, because you'll burst out laughing and get strange looks from people

I've almost finished reading The Eagle's Prophecy by Simon Scarrow - an excellent read, though I think the earlier books in the series have the edge over this one. I'm also reading How To Write a Winning Book Proposal by er...someone called Larsen. And also various journal papers related to my thesis topic - fun! :p

I finally finished reading 'The Discovery Of Heaven.' I liked the book, but I really don't understand everyone's like; 'Oh, what a great book, the best book ever in Dutch history..' :) I want to see the film, though. Dunno which book's next.

Before you buy it, do what I did and check your library.

What genre of book are you looking for? That's the most important thing that you need to tell us before we can recfomend something to read.

I practically like everything. Not the more cheesy soap-opera kinds of books, though. I love thrillers. :)

Thanks Baba, yeah I never read too many novels by the same author in a row.. I have that with Nicci French and Stephen King.. I won't appreciate them as much then.
