And I really don't, this is only the 3rd WP I made... I just put things randomly :lol:
 
csifann1, could you tell me how you do the shilouette of the people on your wallpapers? It looks great, but I can't figure out how to do that effect. :lol:

I made several different wallpapers last night (with a new program I downloaded and installed- unfortunately it's the mini version of the program as its free and I cannot afford the full version at this time so it only has so many features). Anyway, set one is Angell (with some Flack) from CSI: NY:

Yeah, like the softer version of the person behind the regular colored version. do you just do the lighter version first, save them and just place the regular version over it? Or is there a special effect/plug-in that you have to use to get that effect.

I edited my post on the last page to add some WPs. I'll add some to this post too and the one below once I get more resized. :)
