Poor me i lost again.. hihi okay im a bad loser and i bad wallpaper maker but he i love the winners..

You really like that one? But it is such a rainbow mish-mash and it only has three of the CSI women (not even all from the same series!)
Meanwhile, csi_fan_uk, you have a beautiful pink background, with awesome designs and you have all of the women in all the CSIs.

Yeah, I made that one (#11). :lol: Thanks for the compliment, and thanks for everyone who voted for mine! It was my first wallpaper contest, and I must say it was exhilarating! I loved so many of the wallpapers, but with all the work involved, I'll stick to voting on the next one... :D

Hestia :confused: I don't quite understand what you mean with "it only has three of the CSI women (not even all from the same series!)" since it has all the main female characters from all three shows who have their own profile on the CBS site (that's where I got the pic's from). And I'm well aware that I tend to go a bit overboard with colors and layers :p, but I like it a lot and apparently so do others. I appreciate the honest opinion though :cool: that only proves: different people, different tastes. :)

Can't wait to find out what the next challenge will be!

Alrighty guys, just poppin in to remind all of you the difference between constructive critisism and a flame.

Constructive critisism is given from a viewers standpoint, and is unbiased, reguardless of what series it is, or who the maker of the fanart is. Constructive critisism is encouraged here, but there are some statements above that are not encouraged.

In the wallpaper challenge, it is the artist's freedom to interpret the theme the way they want. There were some entries where there was only one female from one series, which is perfectly fine.

I'm sure it was not intended, but to some, it can sound like a flame, it bordered being one to me, but the artist is taking it lightly. I'm just here to remind you guys to think before your post. Put yourself in the artists shoes, and think how they would feel about what you are saying before you post it. Avoiding statements like "you really like that one?" or "poster X's wp was so much better!" would be in the best interest in everyone. Saying things like that is almost like a codename for "I think that wallpaper sucks." Doing this will make it less confusing, and less frustrating for all of us :D.

Dutch_treat was exactly right. Different people have different tastes, so if it's not your tatse, bite your tongue please. :D

dutch_treat - Hestia's tongue-in-cheek comments refer to her own wallpaper - beginner's #11. Unfortunately I refered to both your and her (then anonymous) wall in the same line of text, thus when quoted, it can be misead as referring to your wall. Especially as they have similar styles. Sorry!

Hestia - apologies also. And don't put yourself down! I think your wall is really good.

And dutch_treat's wall also.

Also apologies to Wyoming the mod. I swear I don't mean to cause confusion and problems!
