Hmm yeah and can I add Will and Grace lol. They make a cute gay/straight couple.

Willow/Tara that had soo much energy, glad she turned out Gay.

But my ideal tv couples are either
Nick/Greg (CSI lol)
Johnpaul/Craig Dean..good angsty gay couple and tons of kisses lol (Hollyoaks, English drama)
Captain Jack/Doctor (played by David Tennant) and Captain and his current squeeze Ianto jones~ two hot men!!

Just for my pleasures of course.

I know they were never an actual on screen couple but the writers said the sexual tension was there so I guess that means something romantic was going on

Bolding is mine and I'd totally have to agree with you on these couples! Mulder and Scully are awesome. While the second movie was very different from the original, I liked it! Not too many people seem to like Goren and Eames so I'm glad I'm not the only one and as for Olivia and Elliot...I really hope they get together but not until they decide to leave the show, i think it would be too awkward for them to show it.
