Things I learned on CSI..........

i've been there - kids picked on me all throughout school and stuff but you gotta learn to stand up to them. If no one else will cover for you do it yourself. Tell the driver or the principal or something .This one kid in 6th grade used to trip me n then make fun of me sayin really rude things and one day i coudnt take just giving him dirty looks anymore - i told our teacher *evil laugh* the teacher made him get up and apologize to me and wait for me to accept the apology in front of the whole class. I guarantee you he never looked my way again ( that doesnt mean he stopped makin fun of me with his friends - but just not around me lol) Sometimes you gotta kick the bad guy where it hurts!! ( later on i learned how to defend myself... payback is the way 9dots what they do to you - if the schoolboard wont listen , you gotta take it into your own hands.
ANd men, DO suck... i would know

ah yes, i truthfully found it to be a little implausable. it is possible, tho. it would just depend on where you're burnt.

things i've learnt?
after you murder someone, escape the country. they'll still be able to prove it, just not be able to prosecute.
 
Thanks for the idea Cat... :lol: but does that even count where you share borders? Like if someone from America moves to Canada... they wont get prosecuted for their crime?? Thats pretty stupid - why dont all murderes just get VISAs then.
 
The other country won't have to turn the *obviously* guilty person over...

Yes, some things are really stupid like that. i was watching the movie, Blue Streak the other night and the FBI, etc have no jurisdiction when one of the crooks escape into Mexico. it's really stupid these days.

If you guys are interested in ballistics - heres something i researched after the ep where the guy shoots himself in the park and then throws the gun into the lake or something, to give his wife the money from his life insurance... well they were talking about how far he could have been shot from and stuff so look what i found out. ( its probably got nothing to do with that one ep but they speak of it in other ones )
The "drag" of a bullet, is its slowing period. When you shoot a bullet it slows down in the air ( gravity ) - well this mathematician tool is used to determine the Ballistic Coefficient of certain bullets.
Now, thousands of shots were fired and te drag rates carefully and precisely determined...and this type of bullet was labeled the Standard Bullet. Standar BUllets have a Ballistic Coefficient (BC) of 1.0 - roundball bullets, as we know are slower - meaning the BC is less than 1.0. The only ways to raise the BC of bullets is to either change its shape (which is impossible in a roundball) - or more weight can be added ( not too sure of how right now but im working on it ) - and also if you start with greater initial velocity - therefore the velocity at the target is higher. )

i learned that you should put tape on historic atrifacts at exhibits in a museum to see if it rips off - so you know your getting your moneys worth
 
"Room Service" I wish I didn't watch the end. My HEALTH teacher was grossed out... My life wouldn't have been much diferent without knowing that.

A coroner can tell which way a body was cut - from left to right or vice versa - from the cuts on the body. Also , if that person was a righty or lefty .
 
Not always Alexxwoods - unfortunately - sometimes the good guys end up dead...
the good girls always win though! :lol:
