Hi to all of of you!
This is Britta from Germany and I decided to register today after having visited this site several times in the past.

I love all the csis but CSI:NY best. It is aired here in German language once a week on Monday evening at 20:15. At present we are at the beginning of the third series. But I am longing for the dvds in ori :)ginal language...

Hope to get some more information concerning the newest developments from you,

Britta, just curious about something. Do the German voices sound anything like the original actors?

Well, I can't speak about the German voices but I can tell you about the Italian ones: some of them are really similar. Mac has a younger voice around here but I do like Stella and Danny's voices for example. The actors do a pretty good job but it's not the same. Once you get used to their real voice the dubbing just sounds wrong. ;)

Well, Danny´s voice is more vivid and ironic in the original language; so I like him more in the original language! To my mind (from a point of someone with a different mother tongue) it is difficult to understand Gary´s accent in the beginning. But after getting used to it is great in the original. To me it is funny that Jack Bauer of 24 and Gary Sinise have the "same German voice". By the way I think Gary Sinise and Kiefer Sutherland are quite different in their original voices...
The other charakters sound quite similar concerning the age of voice I think.

I'm Clytia, and I'm from France!

Well, I've started seeing CSI:NY since the first season. I was a CSI fan and I found this new franchise very interesting....And it was in NY!
I loved the first season of CSI:NY but I became addicted to the show by the season 2 (3, 4...)

I don't have one favourite actor/character in the show (well, maybe Carmine/Danny...and Hill/Sheldon...and...argg..)No! I can't choose! lol They're all great!

I visited this site several times in the past...And today I decide to register...So, well, I'm here!
