I must shamefully admit that i've never seen the whole of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory...

Hmm, I watched this when I was young *worries about how long ago that seems* and quite enjoyed it, though frankly I found some bits a bit scary! ...yeah, it kinda put me off candy/chocolate for a while :D But I'm looking forward to seeing Johnny Depp in the new version, whoohoo! :D loved him in POTC and have seen trailers for the new CATCF - Johnny looks wicked and sounds like it's gonna be pretty funny too! :)

My parents (w/one sis) were away for just over a day....

YAY!!!

Then the came back!

CRUD!!

Then they left again today!

YAHOO!

But they're coming back this afternoon.

DRAT!

To totally change the topic of my post...

Johnny Depp in the new CatCF ... he looks FREAKY. Not that thats a bad thing, since the original actor was a bit peculiar himself.

I just dont know how much I'm going to like this remake.

:(

You're right - there is the potential for him to just end up being annoying rather than funny after about half-way into the film, but Johnny...well, I'm sure he'll be funny at least some of the time :D I have faith in him :) and if he does turn out to just be freaky and irritating, then I'll just put it down to the rubbish scriptwriting :D

*yawns* Me too - but I'm not feeling 100% today so don't really feel like doing anything else apart from sitting in front of computer and posting on here :)

Just for the record, I thought Johnny was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G in pirates of the carribbean!!! :D first class acting! :) *applaudes*

yeah, actually, what I said earlier ^^^ some people (including critics) say that Christen Hayden (or whatever his name is) who plays Anakin in Star Wars 3: Revenge of the Sith isn't very well played, but it's not coz Christen is a bad actor - he's very good, just that the scriptwriter's have written a bad character for him (bad as in bad to try and act, not bad as in evil). *shrugs* but I thought he was ok when I went to see the movie the other week :) though I guess it just goes to show how scriptwriters can mess things up... hope this never happens with CSI *worries*

Johnny Depp is so awesome in POTC. So much so I have a poster of him on my wall. I might glue bottle of rum to it for his enjoyment purposes. ;)

wibble1- I personally loved Revenge of the Sith. (I cried when my fave Jedi got killed :()

See... Hayden Christensen (Took me forever to learn how to spell that) is so hot. He's got the most adorable little grin.. whoo. He's just hot.

Anyhoo.. I dunno what the top conversation had to do with anything... lol

Cat- your avatar is so cute. That little kitty is so precious. *Has soft spot for kitties*

I watched CSI: Miami Grand Prix. I tested little drinking game.
Everytime H stood hands on hips are sunnies on/off I took a drink. Goddamnit I hated when he did this:

*sunnies off*
*hands on hips*
*sunnies back on*

Which meant I had to take three drinks

 That's a good episode for the drinking game. 10-7 is a good one, too.

Teehee. Gotta love Horatio.

I swear I will find sunglasses like his. Even if pain and suffering befalls me, I shall posess a pair of Horatio Caine sunglasses.

You know what was worse?
The booze I was taking (32%) was warm and every time I took a shot, I had to sip some cold beer right after it. Since it was really icky warm booze.

 The things you endure for CSI Miami. ;D Icky, warm, booze. Taking a drink every other second due to Horatio's elusive sunglasses flying from his face to his hands...

Yes, yes. Such off-topicness is welcome.

Like Eddie Cahill, to asking the operator for the number to call 411, pettiness, Uhm, burnt machanical pencils, old men with eye patches.

As such things seam to be so unconnected. Until you find out that they are connected. A great man once said 'Everything is connected' he's right.

Eddie Cahill asked the operator for the number for 411 causing him and the operator to get into a petty arguement which angered a machanical pencil salesman who took a stab and a helpless old man who just happened to be an innocent bystander, causing serious eye trama, thus the patch.

Now after all that you'd think I'd be quarentined from all humanity by my crazed surgared mind. :D

Man, i learnt that saying stuff like, "I only like you as a friend..." to the guy you're crushing on can really ruin any chances of him liking you after that...

Whoops, was that OT?

Oh. Yeah, it was. Right. :D
