The Fan Fiction Challenge Idea's Thread

I have a challenge for you guys.

1) Catherine has to ask Sara to watch Lindsey for her. You make up the reason

2) It is either now when Lindsey is 13/14 or in the past when she is 5/6.

3) If you chose older: Have Lindsey tell Sara something she hasn't told Catherine, you decide whether Sara then tells Catherine or Not.

4) If you chose younger: An embarassing situation between Sara and Lindsey that Sara has no idea how to handle. She has to talk to anyone BUT Catherine for help. (Any CSI members)

5) If you chose older: It has to be at Catherine & Lindsey's house.

6) If you chose younger: Sara has to watch Lindsey at work, in the middle of a case.

7) Try and stick to CSI las Vegas only, no slash please.

I'm eager to see what you guys come up with!

I don't think I can PM Phelipa yet so I just posted here. I completed her challenge about Sara watching Lindsey for Catherine. It was interesting. ;)

Hey everyone...

Newbie here, and I'm on a quest for D/L fics. But I feel bad that Hawkes doesn't have anyone, and I've decided that he and Flack should hook up. So here's a challenge:

1) Flack and Hawkes discuss my fav ship, Danny and Lindsay.

2) They play matchmaker, but their attempts leave them stranded in (whatever locale you choose) where they are forced to wait for help to arrive.

3) In the interim chaos ensues, and they emerge from the encounter with plans to go out themselves.

4) Should include Danny and Lindsay's realization of what Flack and Hawkes were trying to do, and the fallout from that.

5) Can be silly, serious, swoon-worthy...and wherever you post is cool.

Hope it's an okay challenge!

*Must have YoBling! and at least one Miami or Vegas Miami pairing
*Casino chips found in Miami from Vegas
*Must start in Vegas then end in Miami

Hmmm... these challanges seem so interesting! I have been taking a few at my thread (check ot the link in my signature) But I only watch the original CSI. So I can't respond to some of the spin off challenges. :(
I think I might issue a challenge, and If someone actually responds, I'll take whatever challenge they have and write a fic about it! (Not "ficlet" but a longer "fanfic". :D

Here ya go:
Any pairing. (Should be PG-13 or lower.)
Must have these lines: "Not so fast." "Where do the batteries go?" and "You need a shave."
Must include these items: an apple, a calculator, and a seashell.
If possible, have some of it located in a construction site. (The whole fic doesn't have to take place there, but maybe the CSIs go there for a case, or something.

There you go. Hope it isn't too hard! And let me know when you're done, so you can issue me a challenge. :D

How about this?

A Nick/Greg fic but based loosly on the movie "Guess whose coming to dinner". Nick's parents are eager to meet the new person in Nick's life but they have no clue that Nick is gay and they are not prepared to meet Greg.

ur fic can be angst driven or humourous (your choice)

Hi I am a newbie and don't know if this is the right place to suggest this but.....

I do love reading the fan fiction and I would love to see a story where Grissom had to use his gun, kill someone and how he would react to this emotionally. I recon he'd be agonised over it. Taking a life. I know most American's view guns differently than the rest of the world :devil:!!!! (I am English, sorry chaps, what-ho :D! Even our *cops* don't carry guns :)). But I do think Griss would NOT take it lightly. Seeing the consequences of death every day and then seeing someone HE killed on the autopsy table.... Horatio seems to shot 2 or 3 people a week (with or without his sunglasses on :cool: ) but our beloved bug guy prides himself on NOT being a cop and has even got into trouble with Brass over not carrying in Season 4.

Did I also happen to mention I am a GSR fan?.... Maybe Sara could help him with his soul searching.... :eek:

You guys write some great fan fiction.
