We've got a bit of a 'staff change' here.

Starzsgirl is stepping down, and csifann1 will be taking over the Miami challenge.

We'll probably start another LIMS when we've finished the welcome banner challenges (we're almost done!)

Major Challenge Changes - Must Read!

Due to the low challenge entries in all challenges, Kat and I have decided that something needs to change. We feel that there are simply too many challenges going at once. What we're doing is eliminating the individual challenges, and instead doing a rotating challenge much like the current rotating banner challenge. Not all challenges will be affected by this.

So here's what our challenges will look like now

1v1 - unaffected, will remain the same
LIMS - unaffected, will remain the same (after Welcome banner challenges have finished)
Banner Challenge - Rotating between Miami/NY/LV/General
Icon Challenge - Rotating between Miami/NY/LV/General

Animation challenge - closed due to lack of interest

Misc challenges - Unaffected, as they are not in our jurisdiction, so to speak ;)

The challenge runners have already been informed of this, and we're just working out a few of the finer details.

Please feel free to voice any questions/comments/concerns/etc here, or PM either Kat or myself.

ETA: all challenges currently running will be allowed to finish, as always ;) (knew I was forgetting something...)

I think this is a pretty good idea. There's an insane amount of challenges all running pretty much at the same time which means I struggle as a maker to meet deadlines.

I agree with this. :)

But, the current NY and LV challenges are still going to go as planned, right? Cause I've already sent in entries for those. :lol:

Yes any challenges currently running will finish and then flow into the new rotation.

No, you didn't miss it, I did :alienblush: Yes, there will still be a wallpaper challenge. I just posted in that thread asking what people would like to see done with it.
